Ulasan Liberal Hotel (Shanghai Global Harbor)

Breakfast spread was great. Stayed for 5 nights. Location is ok although I don't have line 2 which can bring me to more attractions nonetheless, the lines offered nearby are ok. The downside is if you ordered a car, the driver may have difficulties navigating how to get to you. Rooms are non smoking but I smell cigarettes when I sleep on some nights.

Bad service except Gavin, room was dirty and smelly, room pictures are not in line with the reality

Easy to find location, 5 - 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The room is decent and well equipped. The breakfast is quite good. However the room is next to the highway so you can hear the noise at the night.

The hotel is very nice and very clean, it’s close to the metro station ,10 minutes walk. The stuff is very friendly. And it’s close to everything honestly.

Terrible stay , no amenities in the room plus the location is also inconvenient. There is nothing nearby . They don't even provide little things like spoon , iron etc. The room is so small.

Place looked great , love the art and designs. Transport is convenient… there was construction in front of the hotel which doesn’t bring a great image but it wasn’t nosy which is good. Overall it was good!

For a quick stop it’s a good hotel. Staff were as helpful as could be.

A very nice experience with this hotel: location is very good, close to the metro station and staff in the hotel are quite profession. The service attitude is awesome, especially the lady at the reception Ms He Xiang went the extra mile to help me out of my problem. Highly recommend this hotel and special thanks to Ms He Xiang. 非常棒的住宿体验，酒店离地铁站很近，酒店的员工都很专业，非常好，酒店团队的服务意识很强，特别是前台的何向小姐姐帮忙解决问题，尽职尽力，值得表扬。总体来说，很不错的一家酒店。下次还会入住。

They really now how to receive people!! The rooms are new and clear!! I recommend it!!
