tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal sebentar, kakitangan yang sangat bersih, mesra dan nilai wang yang hebat. kolam renang, spa dan tanah/taman kecil yang sangat santai, kawasan persekitaran yang tenang dan terdapat restoran di sebelah hotel. pilihan makanan untuk bufet sarapan adalah jumlah yang tepat. ia tidak semewah jenama terkenal tetapi memberikan pengalaman hebat bersama keluarga dan rakan.

Hotel yang sangat menjimatkan, meja depan penuh dengan wanita kacak dan kacak dalam talian, perkhidmatannya juga hebat, terdapat buaian di belakang rumah, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit untuk sampai ke Lapangan Terbang Hongqiao dengan teksi, dan terdapat sebuah bandar kecil di Xiadu di sebelahnya. Anda boleh mengambil gambar semasa cuaca baik. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. Stayed over night here at Senz. Just next to it there is pedestrian street called Lido way. Good choice of restaurants and pubs. Hotel itself is clean. But some room needs renovation. Our room’s wall paper scratched and teared. Over all good stay.

Perfect stay. Huge swimming pool and well equipped gym. It’s a perfect location to visit the nearby 蟠龙天地 which is a lovely new area for boutiques, water town sights and eateries . 20 mins taxi from the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Especially Yiko, professional. Hotel is clean and well managed. Good location , many restaurants nearby

All my hotel stayed was very pleasant. The facilities and the service were great. I would mainly like to thank to Irish and Tina at the restaurant area and to Necia at the front desk, they were always too kind with my and also with my friends.

The hotel exceeded expectations as always with its impeccable service. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring e very comfortable stay. Special mention to Mr. Noel of Estilo restaurant who attended all our needs. The service provided by Mr. Noel was incredibly accommodating and made my birthday and our family day extra special! And also shout out to Mr. Charlie( Estilo) , Ms. Michelle from front desk for a great service experience! Will always come back to this hotel. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

We loved our stay in the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, Amanda in the front desk was really nice and helped us with everything. They gave us an extra coupon to use in the SPA which we also recommend. Overall it was great, will go back again!

I had a good stay here and the room was quite nice. The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The ambiance is very relaxing. The location is next to Lidoway, a lane where you can find different restaurants. Customer service is superb especially the in-house restaurant. Breakfast has a good variety.

We are a family of four with 2 kids. For us adults, it's been a while since we had a spa experience and The Senz reminded us how relaxing it is. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, it was big and clean. The food choices are all yummy. All the staff, especially the Filipino staff are all accommodating and very gracious. Overall, it's a staycation worth visiting again very soon.

Stayed here few times already and it’s always great to be back. Definitely will always choose to stay here again.
