The room size is severely exaggerated. The manager is suspected of false advertising. I recommend they rectify this issue as soon as possible.

Staying at Citadines Xujiahui Shanghai over Chinese New Year was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, super close to the metro for easy transportation. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and really embraced the festive spirit. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We also enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea and a thoughtful late-night snack, with mulled wine and hot milk adding to the wonderful New Year atmosphere. The delivery robot bringing food to our room was both convenient and secure. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay for the holidays, offering incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay at the Citadines Xujiahui Shanghai! The location is excellent, really close to the subway which makes getting around super easy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The biggest surprise and a huge bonus were the complimentary afternoon tea and thoughtful late-night snacks – those hot drinks were so comforting and just what I needed. Plus, they have a delivery robot that brings your food right to your room, which is such a brilliant touch. All the little details were perfect, and it offers incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

The pink bathroom, though small, had great water pressure in the shower. Everything was quite clean, and I appreciated the bidet toilet, which was a nice touch. Just be careful with the glass sliding door; it's a bit stiff to open.

I feel like I've fallen in love with this type of hotel after this business trip. It's also perfect for families with kids, as you can easily prepare baby food right in the hotel! The front desk staff and cleaning ladies all had excellent service attitudes. This was a really great experience overall!
