The room was clean and comfortable. The location was not too far from the metro station 上海游泳馆, and the shopping mall 飞洲国际广场 where you can find some really nice restaurants such as 和府捞面. Best thing is that there is a washing machine cum dryer in the room. This greatly helped save us a lot of time searching for laundry service.

Value for money service apartment with decent facilities. Not the best location, 10 mins walk to nearest subway station. But I will still return to stay at this accommodation during my next trip to Shanghai.

The location is not at the main road so it is less prominent a site Looking from the main road. Overall location is ok with about 10min walk to the nearest mrt . Housekeeping staff is very friendly and accommodative . B/F is only so so at rmb 79/pax. Overall this could be the oldest ASR group of hotel in Asia.

Somewhat worn down property that hasn't seemed to have revived itself after Covid. Odd location next to a KTV or pub.

The room look very stylish . For my room type , it is perfect or single person stay , not really suitable for 2 person as it is a bit small. This location is at the center of shanghai where MRT station is just 6 min walk. However it is not too near to any of the mall. Supermarket is also a 6 min walk. If you need utensils , you will need to msg the front desk for it. Overall it is a clean and comfortable place for short stay

I recommend this hotel in xiujiahui location. The room is well distributed and has everything you might need like a service apartment. It's clean and the staff is quite helpful, they provide one with anything one asks them for.

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel. Our check-in was smooth and two male staff members at the reception were friendly, helpful and cooperative. Their customer service was excellent. However, during our stay in the hotel, we had to contact reception for information and services, we were very disappointed with the behaviour of staff member and her name is Eva. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful .

This was a last minute booking and it was an affordable place to spend the night with a very clean room. One could get to many parts of Shanghai from the subway close by. There did not seem to be a gym (unlike other Citadines previously stayed in), or maybe the signage for it was not clear to me. The staff were pleasant to interact with.
