location was great, metro station a short walk away. lots of food, shopping malls and nanjing road all nearby. service staffs were exceptional good quality to price ratio as compared to rooms in the area, good if you are not spending alot of time in the room. manage your expectation in order to have a good stay sound proofing is not good and air condition is centralised due to the cold weather. not able to adjust to a comfortable heating temperature and we wokeup to a 29degrees room temperature!! the only solution given by the frontdesk was to switch the aircon off. therefore no ventilation for the few nights we are there but due to the cold weather, it is still quite manageable

Nice hotel with convenient location to the city area, shopping district and the bund as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will come back and stay here when we back to Shanghai again :)

This is my second time visiting Shanghai since my high school trip with a friend, and I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and excellent service! 🥹 The only downside is that there are no windows, but honestly, I think most hotels in Shanghai don’t have them. The biggest advantage is that there’s no cigarette smell at all—huge plus! The hotel feels modern, and the design is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much! Great hotel with friendly staff and in an excellent location near various metro lines. My flight landed in the early morning and the staff let me check in a few hours early which was great 😃

This place was amazing and the location was really close to the bund and shopping street, there is a convenience store right next door which is very nice! I also really liked the room and it was very comfortable and I was able to keep my luggage for a few hours after I checked out before my flight which was great. I would recommend to anyone and would love to come stay again! The staff is super helpful and kind, they even give you a gift when you leave which is like a moisturizing cream.

Fantastic stay at youli hotel Very clean and modern hotel in front of hotel there is dim sum restaurant&luckin coffee beside the hotel there is family mart it is near from the bund, xintiandi, nanjing road Very convenient they have toilet with bidet too, very modern technology like in Japan And they have nice gift for christmas& they gave hand cream before I check out

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Youli Hotel. The property and the room were very clean, very close to main attractions of Shanghai (The Bund, Yu Garden,etc.), the staff was really lovely and available at any time of the day to help us and suggest places to visit. We definitely recommend this hotel and it will be our adress for next stays in Shanghai.

Room is clean, 10 minutes walk away from Nanjing walking district! However, room is near to school so might hear some microphone sounds. Hotel staffs were very friendly too, very family oriented and accommodating to our requests :)

Hotel with great location. Next door is family mart, an further next is a restaurant with super nice fried pau. Walking distance to Shanghai Nanjing Road and Shanghai Bund. Hotel staff are nice and helpful too. Thumbs up, Great!
