Ulasan Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc - All Inclusive

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing hotel, brilliant staff who can't do enough for you. Food amazing !!!!! So much choice ..Rooms faultless.. Reception staff are so helpful!! A taxi to Marrakech centre is MAD150. Be careful not to be ripped off. The hotel offer a bus service, twice a day its free otherwise you have to pay . The city centre is definitely a visit. It's great to stay and enjoy the hotel but go and enjoy Marrakech as well

Booked family room, kids loved it, had plenty of entertainment for children and adults, heated pool, water park was amazing

Staff were sooooo nice and friendly. Foods were really nice that matches the price. It’s just the facilities…. They only offer one pair of Ping Pong 🏓 and one ball and one set of golf ⛳️ to the guests….. there were at least 1000 people in this resort 😅 Ants 🐜 family can be found on the floor….. but generally staff were nice. So it was good.

A wonderful resort with lots of space and very friendly staff. The animation team is excellent, always ensuring everyone feels included with fun activities and a friendly attitude. The heated pool was amazing! Breakfast was great, but I didn’t enjoy the smell in some of the lunch and dinner dishes, even though there were many options to choose from. The staff were exceptional, and the service from check-in to check-out was flawless.

Very rude staff. They tried to charge us extra money as they said our brother is an adult as he has past his 12th birthday. However when we booked on Trip.com it stated that a child is 12 years. They tried threatening to take our stuff if we didn’t pay or kick us out of our room. Very rude , we tried to explain it’s the agencies fault and that we didn’t have the money but insisted we paid and threatened us. Did have good amenities , the buffet food gave us diarrhea. Wouldn’t come back they only care about money.

Hôtel qui vaut le coup si : - pas de ramadan car la dame qui gère les locations pour les animations était en dessous de tout.. - il fait chaud car l’eau de l’aqua parc était clairement gelée.. (séjour à la mi mars). Sur toutes les piscines, il n’y en a qu’une dont l’eau est chauffée, mais ce n’est pas une de l’aqua parc! - vous êtes ok pour une restauration qui n’est pas la meilleure, malgré le choix.. - vous n’êtes pas regardant sur l’écologie (touuutes les lumières de tout les espaces sont toujours allumées -toilettes notamment, alors qu’il n’y a personne-! Ou alors la quantité de nourriture jetée, c’est plutôt aberrant)

C’est bien animations et excellente par contre faut faire un petit effort par rapport à la bouffe

Très bien l’hôtel bien placé et niveau services au top la nourriture diversifiée le séjour c bien passé avec aucun problème
