Ulasan Autoongo Hotel On the Bund, Shanghai

Hotel yang sangat selesa Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Ia hanya 200 meter dari Pintu Keluar 1 Stesen Metro Yuyuan. Oleh kerana ia adalah kawasan pelancongan, sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah. Kaunter penerimaan tetamu di hotel ini telah menaik taraf ruang teres dengan tulus. Cuaca semakin sejuk. Sama ada melihat teres atau minum teh, ia adalah kenikmatan yang baik. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pengurus meja depan Song atas layanannya yang prihatin dan layanan yang hangat dan bijaksana. Saya akan datang lagi apabila berkesempatan. !

Persekitaran yang baik, perkhidmatan yang baik, nilai tetap

This is the perfect location to see some of the most iconic places in Shanghai and do a quick escape whenever the crowds of tourist get too overwhelming. Yu Garden is literally just around the corner. Personnel is friendly and practical - we like their relaxed vibe. There is a terrace to enjoy the view and have some drinks if you want, a restaurant and some useful machines with snacks and toiletries. Our room was clean with all the basic amenities, plus a convenient fridge to store snacks and a couch to enjoy the view from the window. The design is fresh modern practical smart. The cute robot doing room service offers to take a selfie with you when delivering your orders :). Both the lobby and the terrace could be tidier and look more stylish with a bit of effort.

The hotel was certainly in a good position so if that is what you value the most, it surely is the right place for you. For us it wasn’t the best because personally I really value hygiene, we only stayed one night and then we switched hotel. The staff was still really helpful and nice in getting us a refund

It's a good place. Convenient location. The room didn't have a view though, very small window. The receptionist Zhangyamin is very kind and helpful. Keep in mind, they don't have breakfast.

Great location near Yuyuan and the Bund. 2 mins walk from Yuyuan metro station, very convenient. Many eateries in Yuyuan and nearby. Room is clean, bed is very comfy. Simple yet sufficient. Shower water is powerful, good after a tiring day walk. The only drawback is the soundproof is bad.

Tiny but clean room with all the amenities. Can't beat the location....5min from Yu Garden and 5 min from the metro station (take exit 7). Check-in staff spoke English and were very courteous. Highly recommended.

Nice small apartment, better to use for one person and short time 1-2 days. Near of the hotel beautiful original Chinese traditional area , with restaurants and shops . In night time looks very nice 👍 suggest to my friends

Perfect location which just a short distance to preferred places. Room is clean and tidy as per expected. Overall is good.

Close to yuyuan park, only 1 minutes walk from here. Front desk work hard, but little bit rude waste my time to check in.

Location is very good . Yu Yuan Garden . Bund , times square , people square, Nanjing road …. All very near. And we love the terrace .

The wall is very thin, you can hear everything (baby crying, people arguing, kids running around...etc). The hotel is dated and needs serious maintenance, the area right outside of the main entrance is filthy and my room was not cleaned properly either (nightstand had sauce on it and I had to clean it). I suspect the hotel is mismanaged, and their staff are overworked and underpaid. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is close to many sightseeing spots.
