I had a really pleasant stay, the view from the balcony was really nice and I could let my bagage at the reception for two weeks without any problem!

We had a very pleasant 4-night stay at Autoongo Hotel with our family, and overall it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The room was spacious enough for our family and thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to rest well after a full day out. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything neat and tidy throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever we had questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed from the moment we checked in. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for us to get around and access nearby attractions and amenities. It was a comfortable and family-friendly environment, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Autoongo Hotel and would gladly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Location is good. Cleaning ladies are very nice. Laundry (washer/ dryer) is free to use. Only thing is it will take long to dry. Room is spacious. 👍

Staying at the Ango Hotel Shanghai, near Yu Garden and The Bund, makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's really easy to access thanks to its proximity to the subway station. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's a 2-minute walk to Yuyuan Garden Metro Station, and you can reach The Bund and Yu Garden in just 10 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the heated toilet seat was a really thoughtful touch. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the value for money is unbeatable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making the entire experience fantastic. Definitely a five-star review!

Booked twin bed and double bed rooms, they were pretty clean with strong water pressure. Was told that the double bed room was upgraded, but the actual room was inferior compared to the twin bed’s room. There wasn’t any mini fridge in the double bed’s room. Hotel location is convenient as it’s somewhere opposite to Yuyuan metro station exit. However, the road to the hotel entrance was a dead end, cars sometimes may not go all the way in, especially when you’re heading back to the hotel late night with minimal lights in the alley. Minimal to zero soundproof but not a concern to me as we’re there to travel. Cozy lobby with cute heater and robot that sends your food delivery and water to your doorstep.

The location is excellent, just about a ten-minute walk to the Bund, and Yu Garden is right next door. The night view is beautiful. It offers great value for money, and there are many foreigners staying at the hotel. The soundproofing is good, and the owner even upgraded our room.

I was initially assigned room 6B19, requested it specifically for the huge windows 🪟 Got upgraded to another room the next day, but honestly didn’t love it - so I requested to move back to my original room instead. Zero regrets. Big win: 🤖 robot delivery for food & ******* orders straight to your door, so no need to head down to collect anything. Super convenient, especially after a long day out. 📍 Location is also very convenient and easy to get around. ✨Overall experience: 10/10, would happily stay again.

The room isn't huge, but for this location, it's quite decent. We booked a room with a terrace, and since the weather and sunshine in Shanghai were lovely, having that terrace really brightened our mood. Downstairs, you're right at the edge of the Yuyuan Garden and City God Temple's old-style architecture, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Tourists love it, even though it's become quite commercialized – that's just how it is. You can easily walk to the Bund to see the Oriental Pearl Tower and the historic international architecture, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is also within walking distance. It's not far from the subway station either. All in all, the hotel's location is super convenient, and it was good value for money in December.

I had booked an early-morning flight and thought I wouldn’t be able to check in early. However, the front desk staff kindly allowed me to check in early because there was an available room. I really appreciate their understanding of travelers’ concerns. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and my family and I slept very well throughout our trip. I would recommend this hotel to tourists who are not familiar with Shanghai or who want to save time and money on transportation. The hotel is located in a central area of the city, which makes getting around very convenient.
