📍good location. It's easy to find a food 🍕 In front of the lobby, there is a big white bear🐻

This is a very decent hotel, close to the main tourist area and lots of restaurants within a few hundred metres distance. The room was very warm and clean. The staff were very polite and acted very quickly upon our requests. We didn’t use the cafeteria so we cannot comment on the quality of the food, but it seemed to have quite a comprehensive selection of food even if it was just Chinese style breakfast. For the price you pay, breakfast should be included there was no coffee in the room, only tea. In any case, they were very kind and gave us a small present upon our departure.

We were very fortunate to have booked this hotel for my first retirement adventure with my wife. The hotel’s location is excellent - walking distance to the Zhongyang Da Jie, the St Sophia Cathedral and the esplanade for the winter fun games which is a short distance from the cable car to cross the river. Just a short drive away DiDi drive away from the Ice and Snow World. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and and went out of their way to help us find our way around the city and made sure our stay there was so very comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast which while simple but had a fairly good local range and was wholesome and pretty tasty. The room had a full range of amenities including bedroom slippers water kettle and bathrobe.

Good location. 10 mins walking distance to Zhong Yang pedestrian street. Breakfast spread is delicious. Friendly counter staff. Comfortable bed. FOC fruit basket available in the room. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Will stay again in my next Harbin trip.

around the hotel there are lots of restaurants and mini markets, very easy to find food, close to the Zhong Yang Street and Song Hua River, children play ice skating and ice games happily.

Great Location and very helpful and friendly staff

Excellent location. Everything's within walking distance: Zhongyang Street (Zhongyangdajie), Sophia's Square, Songhua River sightseeing spot... The room is comfortable. You have free a kettle, fridge, free bottle water, and a small welcoming basket of fruit. Overall good service. Highly recommended.

Place is good, near the Zhongyang Street and peace. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Even she is not good at English she tried to communicate with us, like her so much. Room is clean and have good view with big window but a little small 🥲

Cosy and functional room with essential items. Check in was quick and the concierge gave us 2 packs of goodies as welcome gifts. Not sure of early checkout procedure so I woke the concierge lady to check and she was snappish. Understandable. Overall a good stay.

Strategic location from metro. Staff very helpful giving direction. Surprisingly I received a bucket of fruits as a welcome gift. Thanks for your wonderful service ❤️

The hotel was good. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. 5 ~10 minutes walking distance to everything downtown.
