TLDR: The best hotel you can get in Shanghai Pudong area, no cap! Not sure how many stars it is, but it is surely a 5-star hotel for me. The hotel offers great value for incredibily spacious room, comfortable and high tech. The room is equipped with AI voice control, though you need to use Chinese language. The toilet seat is high-tech, it has warm seat just like Japan! The hotel offers free bus service to airport and Disneyland! They also have free-of-charge Disney 'tour guide'. If you'd like to, you can join the tour and he will lead you to play around Shanghai Disneyland, though they communicate through Chinese only. Furthermore, it provides complimentary supper every day, which is really a huge bonus! When you come back from Disney trip, this supper will be the one to fill your tummy up! Also, there is a secret menu, which is a foot spa. After a lengthy day back from Disney, remember to ask the staff for a wooden pile, which can be used for foot spa. They provide herbal sachet, just pour hot water in, and you can enjoy foot spa in your room! Staff is super friendly. You can easily reach to service desk by a one-click phone call from your hotel room. TLDR: 10 star hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visit this hotel for your Shanghai Disneyland!

We have a good time here and they upgraded our roomm. It was very adorable and service excellent. Bus to podung is also good services to us.

Had a lovely experience here. The only thing was at the bedroom. It’s a little bit warm at night time but it’s okay.

Staff at front desk were very helpful and upgraded our room. Late dinner and breakfast also included which is very convenient.

I had a comfortable stay at Heyitang Hotel. The room is clean and cozy, and I really enjoyed some of the modern features — especially the automatic curtain control and robot delivery service, which made the stay feel high-tech and convenient. The breakfast have variety of food and tasty. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle service to Disneyland and Ocean Park was a big plus! However, there are a few downsides. During my stay, the air conditioning was turned off due to the cold season, so I had to open the window for ventilation. This made it quite noisy, as there were vehicle sounds from the road and nightclub noise from beside the hotel. Also, there was no smart toilet, even though it was listed in the room amenities. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient hotel, especially for visitors heading to Disneyland or Ocean Park, but it could be improved with better sound insulation and accurate amenity information.

Very clean and enjoyable stay, they even serve supper! Satisfied with the location too, just a mere 2 minutes walk to the MRT station, free ride to the Disneyland and even offer day trip to the Bund despite the distance. Definitely coming back again!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It's comfortable, the room is beautiful and very spacious. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are all very helpful, especially Ms. 小敏 who was very helpful. I highly recommend staying here. There's also a shuttle service to Pudong Airport and Disneyland.

The room was quite big and all amenities were provided. Cleanliness 10/10. There was also a smart toilet with bidet, which is very important. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. And they have an airport shuttle (tell the counter 1 day before to book a place).
