The staffs tries their best even language barrier. I would have liked to know that there are no lifts to my room prior going.3 floors without lift.! I have a bad back and going the steps with suitcase is not proper to me. I am now with back pain since my return.

Normally I don't write reviews but I really enjoyed my time staying here. I was following a Chinese language course at Shanghai Jiaotong University at the Xuhui Campus. BaseLITE Longhua is located close to two metro stations, expecially Shanghai Swimming Center Line 11 takes you to Shanghai Jiaotong University in a few stops only. I would recommend to take one of the rental bikes you can find anywhere because walking could take a bit longer. The studio had everything that I needed like a desk, large bathroom, towels, closet and fridge. It even had a washing machine which was ideal for me because I was staying for a few weeks. I would recommend cleaning the door seal of the washing machine because it had a lot of dust. However, the staff is very friendly and when my shower drain was a bit clogged in the beginning, or when I need new bed sheets, I could easily reach out on WeChat where the staff helped me. The room looked very new and I felt very comfortable. Also ordering food or stuff online on Taobao was convenient. The hotel itself also has a small fitness room and large common are and kitchen where you can heat up and eat your food. The location is close to a few convenience/ grocery stores but for the rest it's very quiet, which is a contrast to the busy city. However, with Didi and metro it is easy to go anywhere.

The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.

Kakitangannya baik dan hampir tidak boleh bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi dia sedaya upaya membantu. Tinggalkan bagasi anda Kalau ada bilik kosong, boleh stay situ.
Lokasi yang baik kerana meninggalkan hotel adalah The Bun. Dengan Jalan Nanjing, terdapat banyak makanan Jika anda ingin pergi ke 7-Eleven, hanya berjalan ke pintu stesen tempat kami keluar.

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

Large areas of green plants and the green ocean sway gently in the breeze, as if they were playing a silent welcome song, and we came to Shanghai.
The buildings in the distance are rolling. Under the sunlight, the outline is clear and
It is full of layers, as if it is a picture drawn by architects and workers with the most hard work. In the middle of the building, you can occasionally see a few wisps of evening fire burning clouds, which is just like giving this picture scroll.
It adds a little mystery.
The courtyard of the hotel is even more unique.
The flowers in the hall and the shrubs outside are scattered and colorful.
In the middle, there is also a landscape tank like a clear pond. In the tank, the sesame fish in the water swim happily, sometimes jumping out of the water, splashing a string of crystal-clear splashes.
The green plants by the fish tank, the slender willow branches hang on the water.

DDavid DoanNice hotel but unfortunately disappointing service. I booked a Pearl Tower view room and arrived at 2am to receive a different room and had to demand to staff to give me a different room. Even then the view was not satisfactory but what else can you do at 2am? The hotel was new modern, quite hidden away from the centre but was walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Overall the staff tried their best but still left a sour taste after such high expectation
