入住體驗很一般，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，這還是十月底，大冬天的話真心受不了。
房間有煙味，希望酒店能弄點禁煙房。
註冊會員可以一點退房，如果來遊玩的話這點倒是蠻好的。

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.

Itu betul-betul bersebelahan. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai sebarang papan tanda dalam bahasa Inggeris yang menyatakan Ji hotel, tetapi koordinat yang diberikan sangat tepat. Kakitangannya baik dan hampir tidak boleh bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi dia sedaya upaya membantu. Tinggalkan bagasi anda Kalau ada bilik kosong, boleh stay situ.
Lokasi yang baik kerana meninggalkan hotel adalah The Bun. Dengan Jalan Nanjing, terdapat banyak makanan Jika anda ingin pergi ke 7-Eleven, hanya berjalan ke pintu stesen tempat kami keluar.

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

DDavid DoanNice hotel but unfortunately disappointing service. I booked a Pearl Tower view room and arrived at 2am to receive a different room and had to demand to staff to give me a different room. Even then the view was not satisfactory but what else can you do at 2am? The hotel was new modern, quite hidden away from the centre but was walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Overall the staff tried their best but still left a sour taste after such high expectation
