Overall stay was pleasurable. Room cleanliness is tiptop, design is good. Love everything about the room. Location is not bad, quite near to train station,walking distance & there are some restaurants around the hotel. It's easy to Didi to pick up from the hotel. It's rather convenient. Recommended, very comfortable!

才298的雙床房，真是驚呆我了！一開始沒有太高的期待，沒想到這個酒店這麼高級，竟然是四星級酒店。房間雖然不是很大，但是有一個浴缸，還有迎賓伴手禮就已經很讓人驚喜了。這個價格在上海要啥自行車呀！如果還有機會，還是這個價位，我還要選擇這個酒店。

It's a very good hotel. The hotel environment is very good, and the facilities are very new, especially the mattress, which is really comfortable. What impressed me most is the service of the hotel. The front desk Stella is very friendly, and the cleaning is also very friendly. When I need help, she will also be very enthusiastic. The hotel has a night snack service at night and coffee☕️ during the day. You can choose by yourself. Come back and stay here again~

The staffs tries their best even language barrier. I would have liked to know that there are no lifts to my room prior going.3 floors without lift.! I have a bad back and going the steps with suitcase is not proper to me. I am now with back pain since my return.

Convenient location, close to Metro station. Flexible with late check out. On-site restaurant serving from breakfast, afternoon tea and lunch. Highly recommend.

Normally I don't write reviews but I really enjoyed my time staying here. I was following a Chinese language course at Shanghai Jiaotong University at the Xuhui Campus. BaseLITE Longhua is located close to two metro stations, expecially Shanghai Swimming Center Line 11 takes you to Shanghai Jiaotong University in a few stops only. I would recommend to take one of the rental bikes you can find anywhere because walking could take a bit longer. The studio had everything that I needed like a desk, large bathroom, towels, closet and fridge. It even had a washing machine which was ideal for me because I was staying for a few weeks. I would recommend cleaning the door seal of the washing machine because it had a lot of dust. However, the staff is very friendly and when my shower drain was a bit clogged in the beginning, or when I need new bed sheets, I could easily reach out on WeChat where the staff helped me. The room looked very new and I felt very comfortable. Also ordering food or stuff online on Taobao was convenient. The hotel itself also has a small fitness room and large common are and kitchen where you can heat up and eat your food. The location is close to a few convenience/ grocery stores but for the rest it's very quiet, which is a contrast to the busy city. However, with Didi and metro it is easy to go anywhere.

The room look very stylish . For my room type , it is perfect or single person stay , not really suitable for 2 person as it is a bit small. This location is at the center of shanghai where MRT station is just 6 min walk. However it is not too near to any of the mall. Supermarket is also a 6 min walk. If you need utensils , you will need to msg the front desk for it. Overall it is a clean and comfortable place for short stay

Location is good at Xuhui district lots of eating options in the mall next door and supermarket. 5 min walk to subway too. Room is clean and functional. Hot water is strong in shower which wee need in winter. Love the free laundry room- washer, dryer and detergent all provided. Helped our family to pack less. Will stay again next time

Super nice service from the whole team from receptionists,housekeepers… The location is good with many restaurants surround and walking to Yishan Road station (~5-8 mins walking) Definitely recommend for travelling to Shanghai It is quite new and modern hotel I also like their laundry service (modern machine, well and fresh detergent), they also help you to take care of it if you do not have time to follow. 100/100 Well done !!!
