Second time coming here now, once in the summer and once in the winter. Lovely getaway from Shanghai that's 1 hour from the city centre. It's right by the lake so if you like to cycle then bring your bikes too.
Rooms are well designed, furnished and are provided with everything you need.
It's perfect to walk around their grounds during the day to relax on their hammocks or by their lake on the decking.
Staff all extremely friendly and professional.

房源真實，比較還原實拍圖，整體環境在澱山湖民宿中屬佳。
問題點：民宿目前沒有管家，有一名打掃阿姨（阿姨很好沒啥問題），0服務，純自助。熱水不靈光，不知道是否是無人看管原因，晚上回去熱水開了很久還是不沒熱度，還好這兩天天氣熱。
畢竟衹有一個阿姨行李我們自己搬上搬下，補水補紙巾全靠自取（夜裡無人）
專門寫這條點評，不知道房東是否對於散客和大單客差別待遇，令人不適。
退房後應該是來了包套客户，出去吃飯三點多催促我們拿行李，説要拿到外頭去（就離譜，怎麼？散客不配享有前台還是等候區服務嗎？那以後要接包套客人前一天還是別接客人了。
第一次遇到寄存幾小時行李被趕着取出去的，然後在户外30度天氣曬大太陽等車哈。
週末房價並不是便宜的，一千二三得到的這樣的服務是誇不出口，説句不好意思我可能稍微少説一句，人都可以互相理解，開門做生意我們散客不是沒花錢哈。

蔡浜村是澱山湖西岸一個非常寧靜的小村子，村裡很多人家都利用家裡的自建房開起了民宿。這次很有緣住在叔叔阿姨家裡，我們一進來就得到了非常熱情的招待，一樓的客廳裏面有一個家庭ktv，阿姨非常熱情邀請我們唱歌，還端出了自己家裡種的橘子，真的好像是在他們家裡做客一樣。一共四樓，上面三層每層三間一共九個房間，收拾打掃得都很乾凈，入住非常放心。站在四樓最高的陽台上還可以看到一點澱山湖。第二天的早飯是叔叔起來做的，都是非常家常的東西，粥包子芋艿地瓜，都好好吃哦！一次很難得的住宿體驗，真的太開心了！

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

DDavid DoanNice hotel but unfortunately disappointing service. I booked a Pearl Tower view room and arrived at 2am to receive a different room and had to demand to staff to give me a different room. Even then the view was not satisfactory but what else can you do at 2am? The hotel was new modern, quite hidden away from the centre but was walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Overall the staff tried their best but still left a sour taste after such high expectation
