Hotel berhampiran Sheshan National Forest Park, Shanghai

We quite frequently stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, Shishan park and botanical garden in walking (or cycling) distance. Delicious breakfast buffet. One wish is left open, namely that the construction in the park finds an end, so one can enjoy an undisturbed walk around the garden, without being stopped by green fences, blocking the way because of construction area (that never seemed to change much over the last two years anyway....)

I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Minimax Hotel Shanghai SongJiang. Every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very kind and my hotel room was beautiful and comfortable! A great plus is that they offer laundry services which was so helpful coming from another trip.

We loved our 4-night stay (with a 6-hour extension) in this hotel. On top of a really good service, we got free breakfast, too. The breakfast is Asian style. Being Filipinos, we enjoyed it. We had the Chinese version of ”buchi,” ”lumpia,” ”chao fan,” ”siopao,” and more. We also had orange juice, soy milk, milk, coffee, and water for drinks. If you are looking for a Western style breakfast, there is KFC and Starbucks right at the Metro Station area (or subway), where you can also ride Line 9. We ate burgers bought at KFC, my mother found the burger with tomatoes delicious. They have free bottled water, provided with a kettle and tea. There is also a robot that serves as the hotel delivery boy. :-) I wish we could have a robot like that at home. :-D The people at the hotel are really great. We wish to say hello to Ms. Zhao Ming Di, who assisted us and was very helpful and resourceful. :-) They've got hot shower, with shampoo and soap provided. Towels are included, too. You can watch Hollywood movies on their TV, too. We played ”The Mummy,” ”Gladiator,” etc. We also watched a Chinese movie ”Shaolin Popey” with English subtitles. :-) If you wish to extend your stay at this hotel, you can pay 25RMB/hour for your room. If you are a nature lover, this hotel is near Sheshan Hill (Line 9 Sheshan Metro Station). In fact, the Sheshan area itself has its own tourist spots (not just the Catholic church and the space observatory. There are many others.). They are not as famous as The Bund area, of course, but you will like the Sheshan area if you have the chance and the effort to explore it. I sincerely wish we were able to explore the Sheshan area more, but we only spent a few hours and we spent all of it on the top of the Sheshan hill. If you want to buy sweets and goods to take home, this hotel is near Qibao Ancient Town (Line 9 Qibao Metro Station). There are many shops there and their prices are much lower than those in The Bund. My mother bought many things at Qibao, like candies, toys, a comb, etc. I bought a pocketwatch. They also sell Chinese traditional clothes there. There is also a high-end shopping mall right next to the Qibao Metro Station, the name is Vanke Mall, in case you wish to buy Western-brand goods and have Western-style meals. The hotel itself is also near a park, but we didn't get a chance to walk in that park. I checked it on a map, it looked huge. Maybe, next time we will. :-)

A very nice and cosy hotel, just about 20 on foot to the expo. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, with good English.

When booking this one, I didn't expect the hotel to be this good as the price is so reasonable. But it turned out very clean, spacious and nice! The location is pretty far from the center but it's near Hongqiao station which is convenient for anyone who has plan to go to other places in China by high-speed train. The staffs don't speak English, but they are very nice and willing to support me during my stay.

The hotel was really wonderful, very good and comfortable, and it was good in all aspects: (reception - restaurant, facilities, dealings....) Everything was good. The hotel is very close to the metro station, You can just walk for ten minutes or less and you will arrive. The hotel is close to restaurants and a famous tourist place ( Panlong Tiandi ) ... Also Mr. Lau Zhang was very helpful to us... I really recommend this hotel and I will come back to it again. If you come to Shanghai👌🏻

首先服務是可以的，我們要走的時候店家/管家還送到停車場～位置也不錯距離朱家角步行可達，很方便，晚上去看看夜景蠻好的（晚上朱家角人少） 房間整體也可以，馬桶雖然是個不知名品牌的智能馬桶但是還算乾淨，房間整體上是全屋智能，可以喚小度開關電視和窗簾。看得出店家是希望提供好的服務的，親子佈置也可以，作為民宿算不錯了。 我定的親子上下loft，房間蠻大的，在2樓，兩樓露台早上陽光好可以喝喝茶休息，洗澡間做了乾濕分離上衞生間和洗澡互不影響，但比較小，洗浴用品一般，當天剛好泡温泉來的，所以洗澡間我沒用； 整體都可以，唯一有待加強的是枕頭希望親子房放個小朋友低一點的枕頭不然小孩真的不舒服。

居住環境幽雅，房間布局合理，打掃非常乾淨，主人待客熱情，早餐營養搭配均衡而美味。步行去古鎮十幾分鐘，空中飄下着細雨，一切剛剛好！
