餐飲略拉垮，不是酒店過錯，工作人員很辛苦，親眼看到過節期間客人撒氣把工作人員罵哭，一日五頓工作很辛苦，客人素質不好，中晚餐開頭15分鐘就跟難民營搶飯一樣恐怖，頭頂會撞到盤子，腰裡會有盤子頂着你往前推，常看到搶菜的人手裡餐碗小山包一樣🈵的紅燒肉，白灼蝦……15分鐘後取餐區域95%空盤，後來的顧客怨聲載道。還有人手裡拿着餐夾全程不放手到處跑，導致其他客人沒有餐夾有的等不及就拿私筷去餐盤裡取餐，噁心死了。還有客人飯後一支煙在用餐區抽煙。每天都能看到兇猛搶餐的人餐桌散後很多搶來的吃不掉浪費，沒有搶的客人草草幾個蔬菜拌飯。工作人員也很抱怨，説紙巾也有人偷，牙簽也有人偷，經常有人打了十幾二十幾個茶葉蛋帶去房間，都是準備帶走的。

房間非常乾淨，設施也非常好，挺高端的，自駕過去的，車就停酒店門口，很方便，第一天晚上到的，走路到沙灘的帳篷區，也就10分鐘不到，第二天去沙灘的游泳區，走路的話，有2公里多，買的是含門票的套餐，酒店有專門接送的電瓶車，非常非常便捷，整體而言，帶娃去沙灘玩和游泳的話，酒店的性價比較高。

我們一家人經常到處旅遊的，外面住一天時間也不會很趕。這家酒店我給8分吧，為啥不是10分呢，我會具體説明，第一，是淋浴間的水壓不夠大哈，洗澡不夠爽快的感覺哈哈……還有就是早上的早餐的粥，裝粥的碗，小到沒朋友了😢，希望改良一下，我本人是非常愛喝粥的，早上因為盛粥跑了四五次，太過分了啊😭。這兩個小的缺點扣1分，還有一分是留給你們進步的空間，其實酒店總體很棒的，無論是衞生，設施方面，還有健身房和小童樂園，強烈推薦👍

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience.
Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality.
As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.
Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. Itu betul-betul bersebelahan. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai sebarang papan tanda dalam bahasa Inggeris yang menyatakan Ji hotel, tetapi koordinat yang diberikan sangat tepat. Kakitangannya baik dan hampir tidak boleh bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi dia sedaya upaya membantu. Tinggalkan bagasi anda Kalau ada bilik kosong, boleh stay situ.

It is full of layers, as if it is a picture drawn by architects and workers with the most hard work. In the middle of the building, you can occasionally see a few wisps of evening fire burning clouds, which is just like giving this picture scroll.
It adds a little mystery.
The courtyard of the hotel is even more unique.
The flowers in the hall and the shrubs outside are scattered and colorful.
In the middle, there is also a landscape tank like a clear pond. In the tank, the sesame fish in the water swim happily, sometimes jumping out of the water, splashing a string of crystal-clear splashes.
The green plants by the fish tank, the slender willow branches hang on the water.

DDavid DoanNice hotel but unfortunately disappointing service. I booked a Pearl Tower view room and arrived at 2am to receive a different room and had to demand to staff to give me a different room. Even then the view was not satisfactory but what else can you do at 2am? The hotel was new modern, quite hidden away from the centre but was walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Overall the staff tried their best but still left a sour taste after such high expectation
