Hotel Shanghai dengan Spa

I recently stayed at a wonderful Swissotel Grand Shanghai, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service was absolutely top-notch; the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always eager to assist with any requests. They truly made me feel at home. The facilities were equally impressive. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center, which had a good range of equipment, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Hotel Radissen akan sentiasa menjadi kenangan indah di hati saya Pada tahun 2003, saya menginap di Hotel Radissen apabila saya pergi ke Oslo untuk acara bersama rakan-rakan saya buat kali pertama pada tahun 2003. Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

Love this hotel so much . The Best stay so far . I travel a lot because of my job. But Holiday Inn in Nanjing road is the Best so far. Everything is all good. I have been to Shanghai so many times . This time I traveled with my mum. She can’t walk too far because she got very bad knee pain. So the location for this hotel is perfect . Literally it located right in the middle of the Nanjing road . I mean just walk one block . You are right in the Nanjing Road . My mum can easily walk to the Bund in about 10 minutes. I really need to give the the front desk Lucy a Bravo , she is so professional , caring and accommodating our needs so well . The breakfast is nice too . The room is so spacious too. Definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent stay from start to finish - the rooms we originally booked were overbooked so we got upgraded (for free) to a suite with a fantastic view of the Bund. The suites were huge and beautifully decorated, especially the bathroom which had a large bathtub with a view from the window - it’s a shame we were only staying for 1 night! The hotel staff Daniel was very helpful and friendly - will definitely stay again next time I’m in Shanghai.

Whilst there is no doubt that the location and view from this hotel are outstanding, it is by no means perfect and you definitely have to question what exactly you are paying for. First off it is worth saying that the staff are great and very welcoming. You can also enjoy walking around the hotel and seeing some of the artwork that is on show. But once you have seen this and enjoyed the view, the novelty wears off. The room was OK, not great, just OK. It felt somewhat dull and the double glass due to the building structure, quite dark. The bathroom though very big, was nothing special and suffered from the current trend of having glass everywhere and hence no privacy, should you require it. The closet area was small and functional but certainly not a wow. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice chair and sofa to rest on but again, just felt a bit dull. Another small annoyance was the lack of Bluetooth speaker or sound system. Pretty much anywhere I have stayed in the last 10years has had the facility to connect your phone and quietly or otherwise play music but not here. Afternoon tea, passable at best and breakfast, not great. Certainly for a hotel that sells itself as being high end, it was far from that. Swimming pool, honestly, rubbish. Seems like a complete after thought and regardless of being on the 85th floor, offers nothing of a wow factor. Feels like being in a basement with a few sun loungers. Overall, over priced and over hyped, which is a shame as the staff try so hard but sadly will not be hurrying back.

I had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai from June 4-6, 2024. The hotel’s location on the Bund is perfect for exploring Shanghai's vibrant cityscape. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. A personal greeting from the General Manager added a special touch that made me feel truly valued. My room was luxurious and well-appointed, offering a breathtaking view of the city. The breakfast was superb, with a diverse selection of delicious options. I also had a memorable dining experience at their restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding. Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai provided an exceptional stay, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Second time to this hotel, and surprising, we were offered the same room as our first time. excellent location, helpful staffs, good dining options, walking distance to the Bund

We really enjoyed our stay here at Mandarin Oriental Pudong Shanghai. Staff were really warm and welcoming and they made us feel at home. While the hotel is located slightly further away from the train station, we had no issues booking a ride out. Staff were also ready to assist with your booking if you need help. The pictures provided for booking are pretty accurate and we have a nice view of the river and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. We did not manage to use the facilities since our itinerary was pretty hectic but the hotel looks pretty well equipped. Breakfast selection was good. We will definitely book our stay here when we come to Shanghai again.

Really nice place, ideal for a lovely staycation in Shanghai. The service is amazing, a special mention to Eva and Kevin who made our trip a fantastic journey. Small thing but the elevator is a bit long.
