Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Simply put, the hotel is nice but the photo of the building shown is deceptive. The hotel is “underground”, looking into a ground floor courtyard. I arrived and was told my room is in B2. I had a window covered with a film looking to an indoor room. No natural light and no fresh air. Was it written in small print? Yes. Do I check if a room has a window or not when I book for this price in Shanghai and the main photo of the hotel shows a glass building? I do not. The room was nice, but the price is too high for a room without window. It’s also a maze inside- the room was so so far from the elevator I had to spend 5min staring at a floorplan to find my way. So in the most likely event you’re here for a business meeting you need to check the weather on your phone to decide what to wear. Its a nice room and hotel, but I would not come back.

The hotel is good but there's no nearby shopping mall or fine dining (within walking distance). It's about 15 minutes by car to the hongqiao train station. Overall it's okay but the hotel itself is always great with the amenities and staffs service.

I'm from Sri Lanka and suddenly I wanted to book a hotel due to train miss. Then I booked this hotel after considering the price, location and the reviews. To be honest this is an excellent place with all the available facilities. Moreover staff are also very flexible and give more consideration to my requirements as well. Especially my two requirements of staying additional hours and meal arrangements had been done very well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very reliable, very convenient, excellent service. Thank you.

A very pleasant surprise! We really liked it! We didn't expect to have such a good and REALLY clean room! Although it is ”next door” to Hongqiao airport, it is actually very quiet (we were on the 'garden' side). The service is good, the personnel are respectful to their guests; again, it is very pleasant. The hotel is also located one metro station away from Shanghai Zoo, so we used the opportunity to be so close to spend the WHOLE DAY at the zoo, we enjoyed the zoo in its entirety; taking our time to visit it since we knew, just a few minutes away, we were going to be able to have a good rest at the hotel, in our comfortable room. The garden is a bit small but ok, when the weather is good, it is relaxing ... but the mosquitos quickly destroyed the mood though... The food/buffet is ok, there are a lot of choices, but too oily for some dishes. The overall layout and interior design are good as well, the old Shanghai style, antique items and old pictures are really nice! A good stay!

stayed again after storage luggage and it was amazing as always. my delivery food got lost and the staff ran to the hotel next door to check and brought it back for me. same with my taobao package, incredibly helpful staff. also got a free room upgrade and had staff helping to move our luggage throughout the hotel and into the taxi. amazing stay!

Love the hotel service and friendliness. The laundry is the best help for long stay. Staffs are always helpful and I'm being greeted every single time I pass by the lobby or any public area. Will definitely come back again and again!

Great hotel in the Hongqiao area. Many restaurants and shops nearby including MixC. Shanghai Korea Town is just across the street. Great BBQ there. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and huge (got a free upgrade).

前台小哥、管家大叔、客房大姐服務態度很好，整體設計獨特、設施也齊全、挺乾淨的。周圍景色宜人、美食如林。必須點個大大的贊👍🏻 因不熟悉路，前台很耐心一遍又一遍的告知我們行駛路線。導航到七寶老街1號停車場後，管家已在等候。退房時還送了一張40元的停車券，免費停了24小時的車，暖心又貼心！
