Hotel berhampiran Concentration Camp Zhoutian Prison Former Site, Shangrao

The rooms are loud and there is construction across the street.  The staff are kind and helpful.  Otherwise there is not much special about this hotel.

前台時尚、前衞、工作人員服務態度特別好，每個房間看上去非常的簡潔、大氣，而且都有大的投屏，窗簾都可以語音控制，房價實惠而温馨，裏面有超大停車，出行特別方便，出門後右邊就是萬達商場和眾多寫字樓，院內也有自助棋牌室，方便娛樂

衞生方面也做得非常出色，整潔乾淨。小機器人送外賣的功能太實用了，必須點贊。在市中心，位置也很可以，很優越，在市中心的位置，前台服務態度都很OK的，房間都是超大的落地窗設計，外面的景色也很優美呢，過好幾次了呀，真的超級不錯，房間寬敞明亮，下次還會再來的~~！

房間比較大，設施比較新，預訂的時候看到有洗衣房，加上酒店外面的公交站是去三清山班車的上客點，我才預訂的，但入住後發現這麼大的酒店，洗衣房有且只有一台洗衣機，即使洗烘一體，但客人洗烘一次衣服起碼要兩三個小時，然後好幾個客人在等着洗，目測輪到我洗，已經是第二天早上10點後！！！！！！！！這樣的設施，有等於無，倒不如撤掉！帶娃出遊，洗衣服本就是麻煩事，預訂酒店有洗衣房是必須的，但沒想到這個洗衣房形同虛設！

The bedroom is clean, beautifully decorated, and has usable space. The owner is friendly. Very kind and helpful to tourists. There is a pick-up and drop-off service at Wangxiangu when returning from sightseeing. There is a welcome fruit basket. And the taste is very delicious. Before checking out, they were still given fruit and drinking water. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. It's like staying with family. I highly recommend it. 這家民宿果然沒有讓我失望，他們家的服務是我住了這麼多民宿最好的 1.配套：除了1樓的户外花園，樓頂還有一個花園，可以看到對面的山，非常震撼和漂亮 2.服務：服務沒得説，店長很熱情，走的時候還幫我們叫了去上饒的車 3.這一點必須説一下，這是我住過民宿當中感覺老闆最用心的，除了免費的下午茶，房間還配了一次性的浴巾，洗臉巾，一次性的馬桶墊，最重要的是：居然配備了一次性的按摩眼罩和耳塞，太出乎意料了，我們一行人都在説，這家店真的很用心，下次如果有機會，一定還會再來！也會推薦給身邊人

I love yo stay in this place because from the moment I came the owner was very nice and gave me the whole information about places to visit, cost and best advices to have a better information from the place. The hotel is clean, safe and they also have a great coiffed shop highly recommend. If I go back to this place I will definitely go back to this place again ! ❤️

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, very close to Wang Xian Gu, and restaurants. People of this hotel are very friendly and welcome to the foreigners. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

民宿設計很温馨，奶油風設計風格，房間是大大的落地窗，窗外風景很不錯。房間都是智能家居，還有高清投影，使用起來方便👏👏👏 房間一次性用品配備充足，衞生也是超讚👍👍👍，樓頂還有超大空中露台，非常漂亮，適合打卡拍照😊😊😊 老闆娘服務很熱情，還幫我們提行李上樓，還有小零食，走的時候還送水我們路上吃，跟回到家一樣的感覺🌹🌹🌹 位置離景區很近，沒啥距離，相比周圍的民宿，這家民宿真的鶴立雞羣，獨一檔！💯 強烈推薦👉👉👉
