Kami tiba agak lewat pada hari itu restoran masih menunggu dengan sabar untuk kami menghabiskan makanan kami kami dengan berhati-hati di mana kami boleh meletakkannya. Malaysian citizens please come to this hotel. The hotel have such magnificent views and breathtaking. The hotel staff so friendly. I don’t know her name but surely she so kind, she drive us to railway station, welcoming us, took our bags to the room and help us with laundry. When we have problem that our bag locked and the key lost, she give us the tool to help us open our bag. The best hotel, the room spacious and feels like I’m in the cinema with the bathtub and comfortable bed.

Hands down the most beautiful room and scenery I have ever been in, not even accounting for the price I paid, which was THE MOST WORTH IT ever in my opinion. The owners and staffs were incredibly helpful and kind, they even offered me room upgrades when I told them pre-checking in that my friends were unwell. Everything they offer, whether be service, environment, sceneries, and amenities were top notch. I would definitely be coming back again! Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. I was lucky enough to stay on a day when it snowed, so the view outside was just as beautiful as the pictures the hotel uses in their ads. The two staff members I interacted with were fantastic—cheerful and very kind. My room was spacious and lovely, with views of the lake and mountains through glass walls on both sides. The room's amenities were top-notch. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and so was the coffee. Before I left, the staff kindly gave me some tea as a souvenir. I was really impressed with this hotel and, if I get the chance, I would definitely stay here again.

This place is definitely one of my best stays! Amazing view, super friendly and helpful host, great room and the smart toilet even come with a built in bidet (somewhat rare in China). We extended our stay as we really liked the place! The host offered to pick us up and send us back to the railway station for free. Communication is easy via Wechat. She even offered us breakfast throughout our stay (corns milk since the rest of the food is not halal). The place is around 20 mins from Dukezong Ancient Town and railway station, but didi is available. This place is really suitable for those looking to relax while enjoying amazing view overlooking hills, and the famous Napahai Lake. It was our luck that we came here when it was snowy, but this place is beautiful even during other season.

Excellent stay! The receptionists insist take our luggage up into our room. The check in process was very fast indeed. The view is superb from our room. We have checked out after 12pm but the hosts are very kind to let us to keep our luggage. Breakfast was good. The hosts also very kind to provide us some space at lobby to pray prior traveling (we are muslim travelers). This hotel is perfect for those who wanted to stay in peaceful places as it just beside the napahai lake. Really beautiful and recommended!

Located within napa lake area surrounded by lake and mountain. Waking up to the nature is part of the Shangri la experience. The hotel provide pick and drop off service for airport/ train station . They even upgraded us to bigger room as we are family of 3. Help book us 1 day transport with a helpful driver and reasonable price to explore shangrila . I ve left some item in the hotel when departing to lijiang. They help courier the item to lijiang hotel the next day. Thank you Runjing Muqi for the hospitality !

I had the most incredible stay at Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The property is beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the local charm of Shangri-la. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the soft linens to the carefully curated amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner of the inn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the train station and drop me off when I left, which was a huge help as the B&B is located about 25 minutes from the town and getting a Didi can be a bit challenging in the area. The inn doesn’t have elevators, only a staircase, but the staff were so attentive—they carried my luggage up and down for me, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location is perfect for exploring the serene beauty of Shangri-la. Nearby attractions include Potatso National Park, Songzanlin Monastery, and Dukezong Ancient Town, as well as a nearby horse ranch, where you can dress in traditional ******* costumes and ride across the scenic grasslands. The on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh, locally sourced options that made each morning a delight. Overall, Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B offers an unforgettable experience. It’s a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Shangri-la. I can’t wait to return!

The view was great. The staff is very friendly! They help & take us to bus station. And even helped us contact our hotel in feilaisi. Sunrise were amazing. A bit far from town but it was still okay since didi is available. And to relax and enjoy the view here is very2 great.

Great service! Helped me to bring up and down the luggage from level 3. The room is well-heated so is very comfortable. We are greeted by the rising sun in the morning from our room. We faced the Napa sea. Overall a great experience!
