Service: Impeccable Location: Very near attractions We arrived with some disputes with the locals, and the staff volunteer to help us. They upgraded the room for us, and with lift access, it is very accessible to all the areas of the hotel. Enjoy the whole stay, and the warmth they showed us throughout this trip.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, the room is very clean with have all the facilities. Not that far from the north gate. The room provides the oxygen producing machine. Also this hotel has the elevator.

The service was impeccable, rooms were spacious and spotless, and the amenities were perfect for all ages! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The size of the room was crazy, and super clean, with floor heating, humidifier and oxygen machine, very friendly to the ones who suffer from altitude sickness (luckily both of us were tough enough) and the staff of the hotel might be the most warm-hearted and friendly hotel staff I’ve ever seen. If you have Wechat they will add you into a service group and you can ask for help or services there, very convenient. And it is also super close to the ancient city, 5mins walk. 10/10, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very polite and supportive. Welcome fruits given to every room. Unlimited coffee- milk-tea upon request. The room is spacious, cozy and comfy. I would recommend for staying. Very satisfied for 2nights staying.

Room was great with heated floors and oxygen. The best was the comfiest ever! Toilet and shower room is huge and the shower room even has heater I could dry my clothes there. 住的很舒服！下次还要再来

Really enjoyed my stay there! Staff there makes it very comfortable, welcoming and helpful! Free fruit and breakfast daily and they ensure that we are comfortable during our stays! Free one way ride too and it’s really useful. Staff is very knowledgeable and also the hotel is very comfortable. Everything is great and if I were to come back again, I’ll stay there again! The housekeepers were really nice and helpful. I fell sick during my stay and they gave me alot of help like bringing my breakfast to my room because i couldnt walk down from being dizzy with altitude sickness. They also gave really good tips on where to go at what time. Most importantly the hotel is very new clean and modern.

The hotel is welcoming and in a good location with easy access to the Dukezong Old Town for shopping and food. The hotel staff are really helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to provide any assistance. The hotel room is cozy and our hotel room has an excellent view with the city and surrounding mountains.

The gem of this hotel is their staff. Totally service oriented and detail accommodating the guests comfortable and needs. One of the most warm-hearted staff hotels i've ever stayed in so far in China. Language barriers didn't make the stay frustrating yet positively unforgettable and so memorizing. The impeccable service from all staff combined with clean room, prime location and competitive rates make this hotel the perfect choice for staying in shangri-la. The only minor improvement needed may be to put more cloth hangers in the room, especially during the winter season. Thank you so much for your service and keep up the good work.

A new hotel with a great location. First impression - modern designer chic, from the reception and lobby. Rooms - also modern interior design. Facilities are good with oxygen concentrator machine (very important), humidifier, heated flooring and even heated bathroom and toilet! Benefits - daily breakfast, unlimited latte or tea during the day, unlimited mineral water and soft drinks in the room fridge. Complimentary afternoon tea and good night dessert. Location - The hotel is just up the street from Dukezong Old Town north gate, which can be reached in just a few minutes easy stroll. Service - very attentive. When we had troubles with the electronic heating panel in our room, they came and solved it immediately.

Great service and location because its located near the Dukezong Ancient city. The room floor has a heater and the hotel staff were friendly and good with their service! There are convenient shops and pharmacies down the road as well! Happy to stay here!

Our original hotel booking was unexpectedly canceled, and we ended up booking this hotel instead—but we have no regrets! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with great amenities, including a heater, an oxygen supply (a thoughtful touch for the high altitude), and even a Dyson hair dryer, adding a touch of luxury. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Shangri-La!
