Hotel was very good, in ancient city. Owner very helping. Very nice. Facilities modern. Next trip in September will stay again. Millions thank for owner for kindness.

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was very welcoming, helping with our luggage. The quiet courtyard was filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers. From the second-floor viewing platform, you could see a 180-degree panoramic view of the city, along with the golden rooftops of Songzanlin Monastery. The location is right in the center of the Old Town, just a 2-minute walk to the world's largest prayer wheel, and 2-3 minutes to the north gate of the Old Town – everything is very convenient. I'll be back in August to eat Matsutake mushrooms, and the owner promised to treat me!

Very lovely place with warm hosts. So authentic! Everything was clean, perfect toilet. Mattress has heater so i didnt feel cold . I had some chat with owners, it was lovely. Its really chance to stay with local people in the heart of old town as a great experience. Also they recommended me local places to eat 😋 thank you

Wangshan Courtyard boasts a beautiful environment, with stunning views of snow-capped mountains and grasslands. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the owner is warm and attentive. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The starry night sky is unforgettable. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation in Shangri-La!

Loved this hostel so much! The owner Lan Lan was very welcoming the minute I met her. The first night, she helped me meet other hostel mates and we all sat around a wood oven roasting sunflower seeds and chatting. She was pretty funny and kept bringing out fruits and veggies to learn their English names. The next day, we had lunch with her and she made veggie wraps, almost all ingredients grown from her garden! The place is very well decorated and you can tell love was put into the inn. I found the bathroom pretty spacious and clean, and view from the balcony is great too.

This Tibetan-style courtyard is absolutely charming! The owner and staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) are incredibly nice. It's super convenient and comfortable to stay here, and the rooms are all very clean and cozy. They use big brand names for everything from tissues to shower gel, and even the towels and bath towels are disposable, which is something other guesthouses don't offer! Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This guesthouse was such a delightful surprise! The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the main scenic area, yet wonderfully quiet. The room was clean and tidy, decorated with authentic local touches, and the bedding was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, even thoughtfully recommending less-known routes and fantastic local eateries, which saved me from many tourist traps. Breakfast was a simple yet heartwarming local specialty. After three days, it felt just like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The location is superb – right on a lively old street, yet quiet once you're back in your room. The room itself was clean and tidy, with wooden furniture that gave it a cozy feel, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The owner was incredibly warm and friendly; they recommended amazing local eateries and even helped us plan our itinerary. Waking up to a view of quaint tiled roofs and morning mist was incredibly therapeutic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Five stars, absolutely!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Hot water was available, and the toilet was a Western-style toilet with a warm bidet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the old town and also convenient for ordering DiDi. The lady who owns the guesthouse is very beautiful and kind-hearted. On our last day, she helped us carry our luggage to the DiDi pick-up point and informed the driver of our next destination. 😊

The owner is incredibly nice, very easy to talk to, and a pleasure to chat with. The room was super clean, and all the disposable toiletries were provided. Since it gets cold in Shangri-La at night, they even had electric blankets available. The courtyard is full of beautiful, fragrant flowers. The location is also excellent! It's very close to Sifang Street in the old town, just a two-minute walk away. There's also Ah Man, a lovely and gentle cat who guards the house, in the courtyard. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La!
