Ulasan Shangri-La Chang Palace

A nice warm house. The room is very clean and warm, that is good because the weather is cold. The host cannot speak English but she is friendly, helpful.

Hotel is not accessible via car so host had to ferry our luggage into the old town using a small pick up. Room allocated to us was a family room which is on the second floor but service staff did not assist to carry luggage up despite us travelling with a baby and a 74 year old. Toilets have no doors which was a privacy issue for our family. The toilet on the second floor of the room was also filled with cobwebs. Water was also not refilled during house keeping.

Very good hotel. The room is clean and the decoration is nice. People were very nice and helpful even if they cannot speak English. They helped us with our luggage because it's in the old town and not accessible by taxi.

Host was never at the reception, no real cleaning of room we only got fresh towels. The bed was not made, the tea pots were not cleaned, no further water... Also there was a smell from the toilet that was disturbing, so we had to leave the windows open the whole time.

Good place for tourist to reside with their traditional lifestyle

Nice location in the old city, near Gui Shan. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, changes every day. Free sweet soup in the evening was a nice touch. The room was on two storeys which was cool, beds upstairs and TV/shower downstairs, quite convenient (but no wardrobe). Baidu map took us to the wrong location so be careful, but after a call to Ctrip the owner came to pick us up (also willing to take us to the main gate when we left). If you have suitcases best to call them for a pick up as the streets in the old city are bumpy. Nice terrace on the second floor, spent a lot of time sitting there looking out over Gui Shan and the city (some photos below). Overall a very nice experience.

I have an amazing time even with all communication with the hotel had to be done via WeChat for translation. I suspect the hotel and the surrounding were not damaged by the fire as it remains in ******* style. There were many places to take photo in the surrounding area. The place is well equipped and well maintained. The staffs were nice people and ready to serve. They even arranged pick up on the day I arrive at the old town entrance and airport transfer for me on the my departure.

We had nice experience at the hotel. Tibetian traditional styled hotel, with floor heating, nice balcony with a view, clean, friendly staff.

We were surprised by the beauty of Chang's mansion. The rooms were beautiful and the location superbly in the middle of old town. So many nice features: floor heating, electric blankets, beautiful view, good smell, lovely interior, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. We will definitely come back.

民宿位置很好，距離古城北門很近。 避開古城的主要幹道，旺中帶靜。第一次到香格里拉，特地選擇的藏式民宿。古城內車開不進去，提前聯繫老闆可以有三輪車到北門接一下行李。民宿是個古宅，內部比我想象的空間要大。預定的房間在二樓，老闆會幫忙搬行李上去。房間有陽台，窗外也可以望到大佛寺和轉經筒。老闆也很友善，有什麼需求都能幫忙解決。還看到老闆的娃，特別可愛。早餐也是其中一位卓瑪幫忙煮，熱酥酥的油條和剛煮出來蛋，還有自取的咖啡，牛奶，麵包，雖然簡單但也是可以裹腹。宅子內部很大，還有鞦韆，二樓有個小平台，天氣好可以戶外喝喝咖啡。美中不足的是房間內衛生維護程度一般，玻璃感覺很久沒有擦過了，衛生間沖涼的地方上方還有肉眼可見的蜘蛛網。馬桶圈和洗手池的設施感覺也老化了。如果這些方面能再挺高一些那就真的是完美住宿了。

酒店在古城內，需店家到停車場幫住客拿行李進去，店主服務態度很好，隨時幫忙解決問題，店裡還有洗衣機可用，對出門在外的客人太實用了，房間衞生乾淨，床品舒適，洗澡水稍小一點但也不影響洗澡，早餐品種不多，但也能吃飽，米線很好吃，在古城裡鬧中取靜，旁邊吃東西的地方也很多，方便逛古城。

停車場離酒店步行還要六七分鐘，但是在古鎮內的藏式酒店裡麪絕對是性價比最高的

藏式名宿，很有氛圍感，位於古城內，距離四方街和北門都比較近，古城內道路不平坦，行李不方便，老闆會開三輪車接送。早餐每天固定有牛奶、麪包（可以烤着吃很好吃）、咖啡，交替會有米線、豆漿油條、稀飯花捲，不錯!

這次到香格里拉入住的是一家藏式民宿，位於古城內，距離四方街和北門都比較近，訂的是複式套房，二樓外有一個大的露台可以喝茶聊天觀景，不遠處就是寺廟和轉經筒。房屋設施衞生都還不錯，老闆也很熱情，離開時還用三輪車幫我們把行李送到北門，總體感覺還是不錯，有興趣的朋友可以去體驗一下。順利提醒一下，古城內道路不平坦，拉桿箱有點不方便，可以請老闆接送一下。
