First , no reply from them thru trips.com messages. Without proper communication ,i wouldn't know where to stop. There is no wechat provider for foreigners to communicate as well .The best way to walk to the hotel is thru "North Gate"/Bei Men . The location is actually top of the hill meaning requires a lot of step to the hotel ,of course its rewarded with good view from the hotel .But my mother cannot cope with the staircase . Room 203 - Water heater was very difficult to control, its either too hot or too cold .There are alot of sharp nails at the edge of the bed ,no idea what or where it from ,but its annoying every times i step near the bed and get the sharp pain. Walking to the main streets was near just required alot of stairs.

1. The location is good. - If you walk from the main gate, it's not very far, but you will need to climb a few stairs. For easier access by car, you can contact the hotel directly. - It's within walking distance to Dukezong and other shops. 2. The reception staff/owner was helpful. - As we were lost and I had an issue with my knee, the owner helped me carry my bags. - To catch the early train back to Kunming, the owner helped us by taking us to the train station. 3. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view.

This family room can stay three people comfortably. No view but everything in the room is perfect.

房間風景很美，可以看到整個古城，代價是比較難找，要走幾個小巷子的樓梯，果子的定位真一言難盡 房間衞生很乾凈，氛圍也很好，就是隔音比較差，隔壁和外面説話都能聽清

酒店環境很舒適，住的很舒心很舒服。老闆人很好，會給我們旅行意見，推薦我們去吐司宴，還幫我們訂位。行李來回也是老闆幫我們送去獨克宗北門的。客棧可以看到獨克宗全景，且挺安靜的。我們在這裏住了兩天，如果再來香格里拉，會再來悦己己住的！

酒店位置很好，一百米就是吃飯旅拍的街特別方便，去轉經筒也很近。老闆娘特別贊，幫忙接送行李，還幫我們解決了很多問題，香格里拉太喜歡了，景色特別贊，會推薦給朋友

酒店位置很好，離古城北門很近，房間佈置很温馨，有一個很大的飄窗可以俯瞰香格里拉，視野特別好，房東服務也很到位，很暖心，還專門為我們安排了接送站，特別感謝！

從眾多獨克宗古城的客棧裏有緣找到他們家，客棧位置得天獨厚，位於古城比較高的位置，可以俯瞰整個獨克宗古城，離古城北門很近，走路也就3，5分鐘的時間。客棧一共只有7個房間，房型各不相同又各具特色，客人可以根據自己的需求選擇，客棧裏都是藏式的木製裝修，很適合拍照，經營客棧的是一對年輕的情侶，老闆是北方人，説話京味十足，爽朗豪放，會給你推薦古城裡性價比高的餐館，老闆娘是一位南方姑娘，説話温温柔柔的。無論是去客棧還是離開客棧，老闆都會幫你拎行李，甚至連上樓梯都會幫你拎行李，房間的床很舒服，洗澡水又大又熱，總而言之，絕對是一次美麗的邂逅！

挺愜意的一間民宿，乾淨整潔，老闆會過來幫忙拿行李。一樓有小孩玩撒的地方，二樓有休閑喝茶的地方，挺愜意的一間民宿。

觀景很好，就是自駕遊來說，車停得有點遠，要回車裡拿東西得爬坡，因為有一段路沒修好，租的小破車開不進去，要去獨克宗也要上下坡，但畢竟是衝著這觀景來的，也可以接受，性價比挺不錯的，租了衣服之後在樓上公共區域拍了很多很好看的照片

老闆人不錯，住的很舒心。房子就在古城裡，晚上可以看到古城夜景。離四方街很近，住着挺舒服。值得推薦！！

非常滿意的一次旅行。房間很暖和，很衞生，裝修很有特色，景色超棒，推薦！

特別幸福的一次旅行！在到香格里拉之前很擔心會有高反等情況，但老闆讓人特別安心，姐姐人美心善，哥也是特別的貼心！房間入住感受很好，很乾凈清爽衞生，對於女孩來説也可以拍拍照而且很安全，並且房間一點也不會冷一回去就很温暖，房間的保温效果特別好～而且地理位置也很方便在古城裡晚上出去遛彎完全沒問題，看到了很美的日照金山，瞭解到了香格里拉！太美啦下次來還找姐姐！！希望大家都可以勇敢的感受和享受世界！！

在古城高處，風景也很棒！不用擔心行李問，老闆會開小三輪車來古城門口來接！nice
