Rustic and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good and a walking distance from the main streets in the Dukezong Ancient City. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Based on the price, rating and reviews of this hotel, I was honestly quite disappointed. I wonder if the people writing these reviews stayed at the same hotel? I have traveled a lot around China and stayed in much cheaper hotels/hostels and homestays with better facilities and service. 1.The check in procedure was tedious: I had to provide dates, flight details, train details, and car number plates to explain where I came from and how I entered the town. I did not have to provide any such details anywhere else in my trip through Yunnan. Maybe this is just a local regulation in Shangri-la hotels and not the hotel's fault at all, but it felt so uneccesary since I could provide a green health and travel code and a negative covid test result. 2.The staff are super friendly but they do not go out of their way to provide extra assistance or information about the town, transport etc. Honestly, the service felt unprofessional. I have never stayed in a hotel that has not offered to add my WeChat to make communication easier when dealing with foreigners. 3.My room was not cleaned once in my 4 night stay. On day 3, I was asked "Can we clean your room?". I said yes please. That night I returned, the room was not cleaned and one of the staff members followed me to my to my room to empty the trash cans and provide new towels. I had to ask for bottled water to be resupplied. 4.I had to renew my key card every day. On night 3, my friend and I arrived back late to the hotel after a day of traveling outside and our rooms wouldn't open. There was no one at the reception. We waited 20 minutes before looking for a number to call on the wall outside the hotel. Luckily my travel partner speaks better Chinese than me so we could ask someone to help. 5.The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, they are not well insulated so you can hear everything from the rooms above and next to you. I could hear other occupants having conversations, snoring, playing on their phones etc. 6.Positives: Decent Chinese breakfast. Excellent location in the ancient town, close to great restaurants, and close to the airport. 7.Overall: not very impressed. Would not recommend to foreigners.

It is a nice place. The staff is attentive. Some rooms are nicer than others, but they are ok

We loved the room, big and spacious! The hotel is private and quiet. We liked the space for a family of three. It’s still in the old city, in a development area, 10 minutes away from attractions. It’s clean and the staff are helpful, although only speak Chinese. We used WeChat to communicate and it served the purpose!

有點特種兵玩，所以沒住多久，晚上外面有點涼回去民宿老闆還給我們加柴烤火，聽老闆講有趣的事，忘了拍民宿房間，裏面環境很好，空間也大

老闆有接站 很熱情 房間很大 光線很好 雖説沒地暖 有空調 電熱毯 還加了加熱片 很暖 衞生滿分 地毯也很乾凈 性價比可以。

客棧位置不錯，停車也方便，房間夠大，老闆熱情好客，就是房間有些冷，但是空調加電熱毯也夠用，希望花園可以再設計一下，會更美麗！

因為臨時更改行程而臨時入住了一晚，沒想到環境設施都很好，門口就能停車，非常方便，出行也十分便捷。店裡的小哥非常親切熱心，以後再來香格里拉還會選擇這裏！

設施：設施非常完善，不同的房間有不同的風景，洗衣機，空調，都很齊全，停車可以直接停在門口停車場非常方便噢。去古城非常近，可以去大轉經筒巨近 衞生：衞生打掃得很乾凈，我們連續住了六七天整理得很不錯，老闆娘還貼心地幫助我們洗了衣服幫我們把衣服，現在跟女朋友想起來才評價，給老闆話的大餅現在才來得及評價。

來看看房間地面，來房間打蜘蛛咯。第三次去香格里拉，簡直就是差到離譜，而且第一次遇見這麼垃圾的這麼******，把攜程玩轉得如此溜，客觀評價它客棧不行反而污衊一大堆沒有的事情説客人的不是，盡600的房間，臟亂雜，你真有本事説是客人故意挑剔 你真有本事賣高價有實力，對自己衞生環境有底氣的話 有本事你就可到店看後不滿意可取消。

民宿在古城裡麪離轉經筒很近步行也就5分鐘，房間乾淨整潔，第一次住半藏式風格的房間感覺很nice 院子裏的花也特別好看。老闆也很熱情幫忙搬行李拿水果給我們吃，還幫我們做出行攻略。
