My husband John & I found Grange Bank House (Peter & Warren) to be warm & welcoming the minute we stepped through the door. We had previously had a great recommendation from a friend who stayed last year and we were not disappointed. The house was kept immaculately clean & comfortable, breakfasts were to die for and our two dogs were made very welcome, plus lots of good humour at breakfast time. The lounge was open for all residents & dogs, with a small honesty bar for residents to list their drinks so they could pay at the end of their stay. Our bedroom was comfortable and clean with an attached smaller room to accommodate our dogs. We could always rely on daily cleaning and tidying. There were lots of little treats for guests, including sweets in the room and a dish of chocolates left hanging on our door handle every evening (what a lovely touch). We felt completely spoiled & relaxed and would highly recommend Grange Bank House.

Have stayed here at least 5 years running now. Would recommend as every visit is great. Peter and warren, our hosts, make you feel like part of the family. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is always cooked to perfection. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. Maggie is a sweetheart who comes and says hello and then leaves you alone. Recommend 100%. Thank you to both of you. Looking forward to seeing you soon

Located in Shanklin old village, Grange Bank House is well presented, clean and more than comfortable. It's close to local amenities, pubs, beaches, bus routes and (a blessing for me,) Shanklin theatre. What really makes this place though, are the hosts Peter and Warren. So friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, and recommendations for things to do locally were spot on. Thank you so much for having me, I look forward to the next visit!

We had a fantastic time, the rooms were clean and comfortable, stocked with everything I needed for the trip. We had 2 cars and had no problem with parking. Breakfast was nice and well stocked, nothing is too much for the hosts. They are great hosts, hard working and friendly. Definitely recommend the b & b to anyone who stays on Isle of Wight 🥰

Grange bank house was an amazing place to stay, lovely food and so much choice. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the hosts Warren and Peter are so friendly. They are very polite and welcoming they make you feel really at home, nothing is too much trouble. Very highly recommended. 10 out of 10

Warren and Pete are the most amazing hosts - nothing is ever too much trouble. Hotel is super clean and has on-site free parking. Excellent choice of breakfast and all freshly cooked ( no microwave). Each room is stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Bathroom has wide range of complimentary toiletries. Well deserved best B& B on island award. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

From start to finish everything about our stay was perfect, we couldn’t have wished for more. Great hosts in Pete, Warren and the gorgeous Maggie. The room and house is beyond clean and comfortable, the best place we have ever been by far. Nothing was too much trouble, everything we wanted was to hand. Great location to stay!!! And the full English was unreal. We will be back. Thank you, Bridge and Gary xx

We had a lovely 2 night visit. Super comfy beds & lovely rooms, gorgeous breakfast & wonderful hosts! Very good value for money & lots of lovely little touches. Highly recommend :) Great location & also peaceful

Pete and Warren are exceptional hosts and their property is immaculate. Rooms are well appointed and have everything you need, everywhere is spotless and fittings are contemporary. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent and at last jam and marmalade in glass jars instead of those horrible sachets that infest the island! Great work guys!
