Stayed in Shantou International Hotel for 4 nights. Highly recommend. Good Service for all staff. Xiao Zhen Yu staff room service is very good. Room was very clean. Buffet Breakfast is very rich. Location is good, easy to walk to nearby market Longyan market.

The hotel service is excellent. Staffs are very friendly and welcome. Clean room good location. The front desk staffs are very hospitality and helpful. All requests have been perfectly managed I will come back again

6 of us stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This hotel very clean & staff were very professional and courteous. Must highlight the front office staff especially this gentleman Mr Liang Liao very cheerful & helpful.We also booked their van service for 2 days. One day one of member not feeling well thus she didn't went for tour. We were impressed by this driver who rang the hotel staff to help us to keep an eye on our friend. The hotel even provide porridge for her. This shown how caring your staff is. They go for extra miles to take care their clients. Please convey our appreciations to them. We will strongly recommend anyone who come to Shunde to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Had an awesome stay in this hotel! The process of check in is smooth with great service from Ms. Karrie Lin. The room is big, clean and free from smoke. Amazed by the amenities provided for the bathtub and toilet seat as well! Also not forgetting the evening dessert sent to the room every day, it's not sweet and taste good! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Shantou!

Very good. Started from the hotel lobby. Hotel staffs were so friendly. Bell boy Lucus came very fast to help us. We got lots of luggages. Room service lady 钟晓红 cleaned our rooms daily and attended to most of our needs. Mary from 23rd floor restaurant was so friendly to all our questions. I ve stay in this hotel few times. I highly recommend it. Only a little unhappy with the Japanese restaurant receptionist. And the Chinese restaurant waitress is not very professional.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from start to finish, and all the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. A special thank you to 小李 and 小蔡, who took great care of us during our entire stay — their attentiveness and kindness made us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The hotel environment is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with family. We’ll definitely be back!

Very good hotel, room is big and bleak. Location is very convenient. Only 10 to 15 mins by car to Shau Tou high speed station and downtown shopping and food area. Good value for money

Overall, the hotel’s services are excellent. Staff took initiative in everything, especially Karrie Lee treated us very well, satisfying our demands whenever she could. If you are looking for a very vale for money hotel for a short trip, this hotel is very recommended.

This Hotel though a little old but nevertheless well maintained and clean. The Hotel staff attitude is exemplary of a truly Chinese 5 star standard. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The food served at the Revolving restaurant is varied and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay there.

Fourth time trip back to the hotel. Always being treated as back home. Thank you for all the staffs’ effort and make everything so nice. Especially thanks for Marry Chen who treated us really nice.

1. Front -of- house staff, duty managers , concierge performed their duties with excellence, enthusiaism, and anticipation of the guests immediate needs. 2. Service provided by the staff at restaurants was beyond expectations. 3.Complimentary Teochew, local snacks with kungfu tea offered throughout the day was a pleasant surprise. 4. All staff interacted and performed very well , beyond belief. 5. Hotel environment and good staff work attitude made this hotel "truly a home away from home."

Very nice hotel. Service from all the staff were excellent. We got upgraded from deluxe king to a suite upon check-in, so room was quite large. Had to walk a bit to eateries and shopping area (MixC), but overall a very good stay for 4 nights.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀
