Overall, the hotel’s services are excellent. Staff took initiative in everything, especially Karrie Lee treated us very well, satisfying our demands whenever she could. If you are looking for a very vale for money hotel for a short trip, this hotel is very recommended.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

The hotel has good parking. It is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and they will deliver using meituan. The TV channels are all the major Chinese stations, with CGTN being the only English speaking channel. The gym and pool are located on the 3rd floor. The gym is a proper gym and has plenty of equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked like a proper 25 meter long pool. Gym and pool are free to hotel users. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Shantou.

My family had a great stay at this hotel. Good location and excellent service from the staff. In particular, big thank you to 余斌 for helping us with getting taxi from our app and Mary for remembering what we drink daily during breakfast.

Overall, my 3-night stay at Shantou International Hotel was very pleasant. Front-desk service was top-notch. Ms Sisi Chen helped me to expedite check-in despite reaching the hotel early and Ms 小谢 helped arranged for a late check-out. Not to mention.The hotel provides free afternoon tea and dessert soup every night as well.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well appointed rooms, nice touches such as different colours for towels/bathrobes that help to distinguish for the users, and daily soups made for guests were a pleasant surprise too. Would stay again for sure

This hotel is so well maintained. A big thanks to Ms Wen Jin from Liu Ling Bar for being so attentive and helpful. She delivers her services with great passion and enthusiasm. Also like to give a word of compliment to Mr Derek for arrangement a good room for our stay.

Stayed in this hotel before. Central location, staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast’s choice is sufficient. Hotel provide dessert to guests in their room.

The front desk staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and has a great variety of food. The room is clean and comfortable.

This was my first time to stay in this hotel again after the covid and i was very impressed of their service can still maintain after the covid , especially the front desk staffs Iris and Amelia were always very helpful to me no matter in any aspect.
