我是這家酒店的老客户，本來我對這裏的早餐覺得不錯，經過很長時間提出咖啡和豆漿的問題都沒有解決，感覺很失望。早餐的咖啡居然是速溶咖啡粉調的，豆漿也是豆漿粉調的，都是甜呼呼的熱飲，喝也不是，不喝也沒熱東西可以喝，真的很掃興，希望以後來可以改一改。

一直很喜歡蘭歐酒店，每次考試都會訂這裏，可以步行去考場。就是這次訂的房間wifi不能用，，還有就是每次中午回去門卡都是失效的，沒到退房時間，這樣挺麻煩的，建議調整消磁時間，或者衹針對提早退房的房卡消磁

LLivia DiltsOne of the best homestays I have ever visited. The environment is beautiful- all of the property looks like a piece of art. Tucked away into the mountains and less than one kilometer from Danxia Mountain entrance, this place is a hidden gem.
The rooms are large and have all of the features that you want in a five star hotel: fancy shower and large jacuzzi tub, comfortable pillows and mattress, and spacious.
The food from the restaurant is delicious and affordable. We bought several bottles of their homemade rice wine and flower tea.
Will definitely visit again! My husband, child (2yrs) and I had a great visit.

AAndyI am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China.
If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

SScott CoxI was in Shaoguan for a couple of nights for business and enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I booked an extra 3 nights. The rooms are modern and clean with USD outlets. The 15sqm Double Room is pretty compact so I upgraded to a 25sqm Superior Double Room with QB when I extended. It has a proper desk if you need to use your laptop. The staff are friendly. Simple breakfast but enough variety and some Western options. The location is a short walk to a huge walking/shopping street and a large shopping centre with a supermarket and food court. It's also around the corner from a massive park with a kid's fun park and rides. If you want to relax the 7th floor of the Ramada Hotel nearby has a great spa and massage.

BBurnweatherHotel is very close to railway station and easy to find. When arriving I was surprised by the green outdoor feel with a clean swimming pool and BBQ area. Reception area is big with place to rest or wait if needed. They have a small drink shop selling juice and other drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful even after I made a mistake in my booking they quickly fixed it and showed me to my room. The rooms are clean and smells good. Bathroom and wash area is also clean and has soap and shampoo. We booked the room with a soaking bath. Bath has hot and cold options and helps relax after a long day exploring. I would definitely recommend this to people planning a short stay or want to plan a group event.

CCarelLooks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

PPengguna Tetamu客棧環境衞生很好 看得出來是用心經營的，房間不錯，我們是第二次入住，再次入住上年入住的三樓入住觀景大床房，夜晚圍爐煮茶，適合親戚或朋友幾家人一起聚會，我們年初九入住，客人相對比較少了，適合放鬆放鬆，老闆娘很熱情，還送了二盒粵北特產辣椒醬，帶回來品嚐。明年春節假期後期應該還會再次入住，過二天恬靜的休假生活。
