The hotel is 6km away from Cao e temple and the Xiaode Garden, and 4km away from the Red Bridge on both sides of the river. The theme is post-modern culture, the design style is simple and dignified, and there are various supporting functions such as meeting, dining, box and so on, with complete facilities. The hotel provides breakfast buffet, breakfast for the combination of Chinese and western, rich in categories, healthy nutrition. The hotel currently has 3 conference rooms, the large conference room can accommodate 130 people, to meet the needs of various enterprise team training, team building, meeting, and other needs, as well as 2 dining rooms, can be customized according to customer needs.

可能就是隔音效果不太好，但這不是重點 重點是 去衞生間洗漱 出來穿着拖鞋很小心翼翼的走着還是差點滑倒（表示那一晚已經差點滑倒三次！）那個拖鞋真的太不防滑了，搞得上廁所衹能扶牆慢慢走，希望酒店可以改進一下！
其二 就是衞生間淋浴那邊出來有個台階 不注意看真的看不到，出來的時候腳已經磕碰到兩次…

特別要提一下酒店的工作人員張文帥，因為國慶期間沒有訂到雙床，入住的時候，他考慮到我們帶娃，主動幫我們安排了升級👍🏻服務熱情周到、細緻入微，表現出了極高的專業素養和敬業精神。
酒店的餐飲也非常出色，菜品豐富多樣，口味鮮美。早餐更是種類繁多，營養豐富，為一天的行程提供了充足的能量。游泳池服務略遜色，好像外包出去了，沒有毛巾洗浴用品等等

細雨綿綿詩畫江南，上虞是個人傑地靈的好地方，四季鮮果，民風淳樸熱情。選擇的這家酒店工作人員服務態度都特別好，酒店停車方便，停車場很大，而且免費，大廳明亮寬敞，這個旋轉門也修好了，沙發換新了，很棒！前台辦理手續迅速，還主動告訴我吃飯的地方，不過一樓就有飯店和燒烤攤，三樓棋牌娛樂，房間也打掃的乾淨清爽，整潔舒適，住的很放心！建議地毯也翻新一下，不過這個價位也很難得了。下次過來還是住這裏！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming homestay in Shaoxing that truly felt like a sanctuary for the soul. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning traditional architecture that seamlessly blended with the local culture. Each corner of the property exuded warmth and character, making it a perfect backdrop for introspection and creativity.
Despite the rain during my stay, it only enhanced the experience. The open courtyard design allowed me to immerse myself in the soothing sounds of raindrops while I reflected on my thoughts and future plans. There’s something incredibly calming about watching the rain dance against the tiled roof, and I found it to be the perfect setting for writing and contemplation.
After a peaceful day, I ventured out to the nearby old street for dinner and drinks. The vibrant atmosphere, with its charming shops and lively eateries, made for a delightful evening. I enjoyed exploring the local cuisine, which was a wonderful complement to my stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after busy days. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
The staff at Tianma Grand Hotel were professional, courteous, and always eager to assist. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience.
The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes available. Breakfast offered a wide selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine, catering to different tastes and preferences.
Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, close to key areas in Keqiao, which made getting around easy.

NNayemThis hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review:
We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended

The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay.
Breakfast: 9/10
Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.
Location: 7/10
The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

PPengguna Tetamu避雷！酒店風水有問題，一進去就感覺天暈地轉，每一層的房間也很迷，每次都要暈頭轉向找很久，電梯有七八部，每一次來電梯都要判斷半天是哪一步，最最氣憤的是晚上玩了一天回到酒店，竟然沒有熱水洗澡！打了三個電話折騰了近兩個小時，工作人員來了一波又一波，就是無法解決，我們一行六個人有老有小，大晚上排隊等洗澡，最後快十點的時候給出的解決方案的讓我們去 21樓的房間洗…請問1000多一間房間配的是公共浴室嗎？還有第二天的早餐，感覺非常混亂，西瓜哈密瓜皮都不去直接切塊，果肉和皮混在一起，那得多臟啊！第一次見這樣的切法！雖然幫我們升級了一間房間也無法給出好評，永久避雷

The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.
