We really felt in Italy! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff and the kitchen chef, they were amazing and really friendly, did their best to make us comfortable. Specially and great thanks to Aimee she was the best and always ready to help us with everything that we needed. The hotel amenities like the archery and mini golf gave us a nice experience, the outdoor swimming pool and mini golf could use some maintenance, but nothing to complain. We had a great time.

帶父母出來玩，就在景區裏面，出行很方便，房間很有特色，床品過關，化石博物館很喜歡，早餐的米線以及下午茶也都不錯。店裡還有一對雙胞胎，一個是伙伕幫忙做早飯，另一個會帶我們講解化石博物館，感興趣的小夥伴可以找他們合照找不同，長得非常像！

酒店環境很好，管家小楊照顧的細心周到，嚐到了小楊親手做的雪花酥和桃酥，非常美味😋 我們在酒店用了早餐和午餐，口味清淡，菜品新鮮，很符合我們全家的口味。酒店有很大的水果園，我們第一次吃到水汽非常充沛的一種李子，名字忘了… 還摘了桃子🍑。很開心的體驗，以後有機會會再來。

地點在柯巖景區的魯鎮上，開窗靠河是我預訂這裏的主要原因。民宿走到大戲台兩分鐘，走到柯巖景區入口處三分鐘，十分方便。晚上整個魯鎮很安靜，對我這種輕睡眠的人很友好。整個鎮子翻新過但是沒有特別商業化，還是保留了很好的清代建築風格和綠化，蔓藤爬牆營造的氛圍感就很出片也很舒適。 最暖心的是民宿提前聯繫我問我幾點到提前給我開好空調。 老闆娘很熱情，陪客人聊聊天自己也很慢生活的風格。 性價比滿意，對於一早要去拜柯巖大佛的我非常合適。

環境：在公園裡麪的酒店環境超級棒，特別清幽，放鬆休閑小住的好地方.窗外就有一片荷塘，天氣好藍天白雲，心情敲好～
服務：早餐好有營養的一説，很豐富，還有雲吞和粥品，送到房間就餐，小姐姐特別nice🤗
退房時表達了荷塘裏的荷花🪷很好看，是否可以摘一朵，兩位小哥哥划船🚣♀️去摘了荷花，拉滿好感值了已經，實名錶達感謝兩位小哥哥♥️期待下一次的入住體驗～

酒店位置在魯鎮景區裏，離魯鎮大劇院很近，邊上還有柯巖景區。房間很大很舒服，電視機也很大，意外的是電視裏的騰訊視頻竟然已經登入了超級vip可以直接看，不知道是酒店的賬號還是之前客人登入的。酒店進出有短駁車，這次中秋去人基本沒排隊等車，不過自己走也就幾分鐘。酒店每晚還送點心，送的晚餐量很大，第一次看到送的餐有這麼大的量。房間照片忘記拍了。

夜幕降臨之際抵達酒店，我和朋友預訂了兩個房間，擔心因辦理入住較晚而無法安排相鄰的房間。幸運的是，前台的工作人員馬冬梅：）非常熱心地幫助我們解決了這一問題。她不僅耐心地回答了我們所有的疑問，還分享了一些實用的旅遊建議，讓我們的行程更加順利。
酒店的外觀大氣，內部裝潢精緻高雅，客房空間寬敞，一樓房間還帶小陽台，環境整潔舒適，為長途旅行後的我們提供了一個温馨的休息之所。

目前為止住過最好的民宿👍👍👍環境優雅，衞生乾淨，洗漱用品都是好品質，洗髮水太愛了，洗完頭髮順滑柔軟，電吹風秒殺戴森。簡直物超所值，最最讓人暖心的是帶孩子吃完飯回去退房太晚，客服那邊一點兒都沒有催促。推薦大家來紹興首選這邊，晚上住宿也很安靜，如果不是行程有變化，真的還想繼續住，零差評是有原因的。另外早餐也是現做的，牛肉炒飯一絕，品質真的不止五星（*^-^）ﾉ🎉還有送了暖心的伴手禮，太愛了👍👍👍

酒店地處柯橋中心，交通方便，配套齊全。工作人員態度熱情，服務周到，禮貌客氣，不但免費升級了房型，送了早餐，而且辦理入住時因為客人較多略微等了幾分鐘，酒店方就上門送來了中秋月餅以表歉意，確實令人感動！相比於三百多的房價，真是物超所值，性價比超高！下次來紹興，還會選擇寶龍藝珺。

Yunhe Yebo Hotel is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. They provide a great service and the amenities are clean and tidy. The shuttle service is also nice even though I didn’t make reservations 24 hours before check in. But they are still able to arrange a shuttle service for me from the train station. The fruit and soup are delicious and suitable for winter. Besides, the variance of choices of breakfast is also one of the best ones that I had in my life. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Definitively I will stay again next time when I visit Shaoxing.

Very nice boutique hotel with a mix of traditional and modern Asian vibe, close to the touristic area (5mn walk) and in a quiet place.
If you do have your car, they have a parking but it is not the easiest to park in.
The breakfast proposed was Chinese style only.
The staff was really nice, we were well received by Xiao Hu and Xiao Feng.

YYunixiangban二十多年前，去過兩次紹興，那些著名的景點基本都遊覽過。此去紹興，純度假性質，選擇入住紹興大禹開元觀堂。酒店原址為大禹陵守護人的村落，由開元集團買下後修建而成。酒店基本保持原始村落的佈局、結構、原貌，酒店即村落，村落即酒店。因為衹有住店客人，沒有其他的遊客，酒店區域非常安靜、非常潔凈，拍照不用等候，鏡頭裡沒有閑雜人等。訂的是別墅房型，此為寵物友好房型，所以把冰磚也帶去了。臨行前一天，告訴冰磚這次將帶他一起出去玩，然後就見他坐在床上一直笑。所住別墅房為獨門小院，上下兩層，一樓為過道廳，由樓梯上到二樓，推門而入，內部空間很大，足有50-60㎡。
管家李新帥的服務不錯。

KKum Hwa PatrickJi Hotel surprised me with their excellent design, modern yet hip & you have got more than you bargained for. Not just the aesthetics which is highly appealing but the comfort of its sofa chairs & round balcony table which can be used as a coffee cum desk table. Well equipped & well spaced with just about enough for everything. Newly opened but I believe that the front desk personnel needs to be better trained to handle foreigners (or are they very new without a supervisor in attendance?)as we have been subjected to the inconvenience of producing our passports to them for photocopying during check in & subsequently the very next day. Certainly, they lack professionalism in this regard.

PPengguna TetamuThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park.
The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor.
We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns.
The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

環境：房間裝修和設施還是比較現代化的，床品的舒適度很高，每一次出差在這裏休息都是非常棒的享受，晚上都能很踏實的好好睡一覺
服務：酒店服務很貼心，會在應酬完回來發現桌上有提前準備好的酸奶！自助早餐也非常豐盛，服務員也會主動問好，菜品也包含了嵊州當地的各種特色！
