اسوأ تجربة حرفيا عدت عليا في حياتي كلها والله عمري ماندمت علي زيارتي لفندق زي ندمي علي زيارتي للفندق دا اسوأ خدمة اسوأ اكل مافيش اصناف للأكل كل يوم هو هو ووحش جدا جدا التكييف مش بيبرد خالص قاعدين في صهد طول النهار التليفزيون قديم جدا مافيهوش غير تلات قنوات والحمام قدييييم جدا مافيهوش شطافة حاطين دوش يدوي من غير الراس يعني الواحد يهين نفسه لو دخل الحمام وختمت ان انا اتعاركت مع الراجل اللي واقف في الباركينج علشان عايزني مركنش في مكان معين بركن فيه بقالي كذة يوم بيتكلم بأسلوب سئ بس طبعا ظبطته تظبيطة مكانش يتوقعها الفندق دا كتير عليه نجمة حتة والله نصيحة لله ابعدوا عن الفندق دا نهائيا

I cannot understand some of the reviews. My family and I went to the Ghazala Beach beach bar several times to eat. The food was always good and the tables clean. The service was excellent. I was able to enjoy the meal with my wife. The reason we were able to enjoy the meal was because of the great service from the staff. A young girl who works in the beach bar looked after our two children. I did not know that Egyptians were so child-friendly. We are only used to it from Italy. We have not experienced such warmth in a long time. I can only congratulate the hotel on its friendly staff. I know a lot of hotels but in only a few hotels was the staff as child-friendly and accommodating as in the Ghazala Beach beach bar. We will definitely come back and recommend the beach bar with its great staff.

This hotel is situated right on the beach with excellent snorkelling or just a place to bake .The place could do with a little bit of tlc ie paint job . But don't let this put you of staying here. As the staff are some of the nicest hotel employees I have met and go out of there way to help, they also put some serious long hours in,so I would suggest some tipping dependant on service. I stayed as a b&b guest and found the breakfast spot on. With a extremely happy omelette bar chef who always had a smile, there was also a large buffet style selection of cold meats ,cheese ,yoghurt and a host of breads and salads. So the question is would I stay at the ghazala again. The answer is yes

I really don't understand the negative reviews on here about this friendly, clean and hospitable hotel. I am halfway through my week's holiday here and have no complaints whatsoever. Check-in was quick and easy and the room is very clean and comfortable. It may be a little old-fashioned, but who honestly cares. The bed is super comfortable. The lobby bar is staffed by 2 great people, Ibrahim and Mo, who have had me in stitches most of the time. I've only eaten breakfast in the main restaurant where the staff are very accommodating and helpful. If they can do something for you, they will. The food is good and plentiful . I've also eaten at the beach bar, and again, the food is tasty and fresh tasting. Overall, this is the perfect place for a relaxing, chilled holiday, and I would recommend it to anyone. I would definitely return.

Hotel is normal it's good for a family, beach is beautiful with sandy water good also for children, all the staff are helpful and friendly, animation team are so funny and friendly we loved them so much, we hope to see you all again and thank you.

I was on holiday with my boyfriend in this hotel. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, in Naama Bay itself, everything is within walking distance, the hotel itself is old and needs renovation, but the concept of the hotel is interesting, the houses are like small bungalows. There is very little food, only rice and chicken... At the reception there is a nice girl named Sarah, always friendly and very nice, also a huge thank you to the animators, they made up our days, there was everything, Zumba, exercises, yoga and even going to the club. There are also evening shows, from animators or custom ones, in general you won’t get bored

The hotel is good, but not great. The rooms are ordinary, for such a price it is worth the money. Food is average. Don't expect squid and red fish for that kind of money. What I liked most of all was the very active animation, the guys were super, they pulled this hotel to the limit. Thank you very much to the animation for the good mood, daily fun and variety.

Terrible hotel. Old, dirty. The food was poor (January - not many people, maybe that's why). No snacks between main meals. Alcohol diluted with water (we saw it with our own eyes). Drinks only "on the beach". Paid at the reception. The bathroom was dirty, fungus everywhere. The Internet is free on the day (every day there is a failure). The waiters in the canteen (some of them) are a plus.

Our family have stayed at this hotel many times, and return due to the warm welcome from the friendly staff. The hotel has lovely grounds and pool area. The rooms are clean and many have recently been refurbished for a more modern look. The hotel is central and perfect for exploring exploring Sharm and the surrounding areas.
