Hotel berhampiran Omar Bazar di Sharm El-Sheikh

من أجمل المنتجعات والفنادق وفخامة ولكن الشيء الوحيد اللي زعلت منه انا كنت طالب سرير دبل عملوا لي سريرين منفصلين جنب بعض وكانهم سرير واحد وماكان مريح وتم الطلب تغييره ولكن لما يتجاوب معي احد ولكن بصراحه كان كل شيء جميل فيه

الفندق ممتاز جدا بجد و من افضل و انضف الفنادق الي زرتها ، مع العلم ان زياراتي كلها لفنادق كبيرة زي شتايجنبرجر و صن رايز و چاز ، الستاف كله ممتاز من اول الرييبشن الاستاذ احمد الجريسي اللي استقبلنا بمنتهى اللطف و تعاون معانا جدا في التسكين عشان احنا كنا ٤ غرف و الاستاذ اسامه طبعا مدير الفندق كان في غاية الود و الاحترام و التعاون في كل شئ ، كمان الناس المحترمة اللي في الهاوس كيبينج الراجل سعيد الضوي المحترم كان مساعدنا في كل احتياجتنا ، دي اول مرة اعمل ريڤيو بس عشان اتبسطت جدا منهم قررت اكتب الريڤيو ده، طبعا ناهيك عن الخدمة و المطاعم اللي في كل حتة و حمامات السباحة و الاكوا و الانيميشن تيم و كل شيء الصراحة زياراتي القادمة كلها في الباتروس بالاس ان شاء الله

اولآ الفندق من حيث المكان والتصميم جيد جدآ حمامات سباحه جيده وشاطئ في منتهي الروعه لكن الاصطاف محتاج كتير قوي يتعلمه في فن التعامل مع النزلاء وحقيقي معرفش ان كان نفس اسلوب التعامل مع المصريين بيتعاملوا بيه مع الاجانب ولا لأ لانهم لو بيتعاملو بنفس الطريقه تبقي كارثه السرفيس في المطاعم مهما ان كنت محطوط تحت ضغط شغل مش مبرر لسب النزلاء بطريقه غير مباشره وخدمة الغرف مش كل المصريين الي بينزلوا عندكم اسلوبهم سئ او مبيعرفوش يقدروا الاصطاف وسواء في تقدير او مفيش تقدير من النزلاء انت في الاخر بتقدم خدمه لنزيل جاي يستمتع ويغير جو عندك ودافع كتير لازم يكون في دورات تدريبيه للعاملين الي بيتعاملوا مباشر مع النزلاء وتعرفوهم يعني اه سائح او نزيل عندكم لان دي مسألة امن قومي انت شغال في السياحه

احسن فندق وحقيقي شيء للراحة وخدمة ممتازة والعاملين في الفندق ناس محترمة وفي الخدمة ناس مية على مية والمطعم نظيف وخدمة ممتازة جدا جدا جدا وخدمة وغرف نظيفة جدا وحمامات نظيه وناس طيبه والمكان نظيف جدا ومكان امن جدا جدا وما تخاف على اشيائك ومكان امين

Arrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 adults for 1 week, using our RCI points. It was a holiday that we enjoyed, I would like to evaluate it in detail. First of all, the facility is very well-maintained, there are many pools and its own small beach. There is also a bar and restaurant by the pool. I can rate the quality of the drinks and food in the bar as above average. The location of the facility is halfway between Namaa Bay and Old Town, so you can easily reach anywhere you want. There is a place called Besam Market, approximately 150m away from the facility, the cheapest and fixed price market. You can buy all your kitchen needs there. If you don't want it, the hotel also offers an all-inclusive option, but I think it's quite expensive. There are many employees, they are all very kind. They help you in any way they can when you need something. Since it is RCI quality, do not expect a premium quality, but I can say that the 3-4 star quality pays off. Within the scope of RCI, a deposit of $100 is taken at the entrance and delivered to you at the exit. The facility also provides 1 beach towel card per person, so you do not need to bring a beach towel and do not burden your luggage. The pools are clean and cleaned regularly. There is a lifeguard at every pool. The animation team does their best to provide entertainment both day and night. The only problem is mosquitoes. Unfortunately there are lots of Mosquitoes everywhere. So be sure to buy mosquito repellent spray and come. Organic sprays do not work, I think you should buy the strongest chemical spray. If I had to evaluate the rooms, I would rate them as average. There is a refrigerator, cooking utensils, stove, air conditioning and TV. It is quite enough for a 1-week holiday. The rooms are spacious and the location is nice. Room cleaning is done regularly. Will I come to this hotel again? Definitely yes. I think it is a very successful hotel by Egyptian standards. If you want to warm up in winter and have a nice getaway under the sun, this region is a unique opportunity.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal mit unseren Kindern in Sharm und es war ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub.Das Hotel verfügt über zahlreiche Rutschen und Schwimmbecken für Erwachsene und Kinder jeden Alters. Zusätzlich können Sie das benachbarte Aqua Blu Hotel nutzen. Das Wetter war fantastisch, sehr warm und sonnig. 5 Schwimmbäder waren während unseres Aufenthaltes beheizt. An incredible resort with clean rooms, beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything you need is available at the resort from shops to SPA facilities and activities (some of which are at extra cost e.g. boat tours and water sports). Definitely recommend snorkelling (free but need to bring your own equipment, which you can also buy at the resort shop) as the coral reefs are breathtaking with colourful fish swimming everywhere. The pools are very nice and Ahmed by the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The food was very tasty with various theme nights and lots of choices in general. Everyone from the chefs to the waiters was super accommodating and the service was very fast. La Casa pizza restaurant and Calamari seafood place both had delicious food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to pizza restaurant manager Khaled who took extra care to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Ramy from the Lobby Bar also deserves a mention as he made the most beautiful cocktails and always had a big smile face on his face. Overall, could not recommend this resort enough and would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay special.
