My brother and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel has good location with great views of the city. Our room was spacious and had good air conditioning. The room was clean but the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom was a little disappointing as well as the fact that only one lift was working (and there are 25 floors). Besides for that, a pleasant stay.

Nice location, about five minutes from the river, which has great running and cycling tracks for long-distance exercise. The room was in an apartment-style, with plenty of room, light, and comfort. Some slight damage to walls and furnishings, but nothing major. I didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment, but was satisfied with everything else provided. Would recommend.
