Traveled for a business appointment to Shenyang. Staff is very nice and super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately nobody speaks English, but this was no problem for me. All hotel areas including the room are very clean and very modern. Very nice Sadly the staff at the breakfast room didn't fill the coffee maschine with milk, so the cappuccino wasn't very satisfying. They blamed the "broken" maschine but actually only no milk was added. All in all it was a very good stay, even i had this small issue, i will definetly come back if I come to shenyang again!

This hotel is in a good location, accompanied by a welcoming staff that truly adds to the experience. Our room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the essential amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, fresh towels, slippers, and complimentary bottled water. What truly made our stay unique was the innovative room service! A robot delivered our food, an intriguing and fascinating experience that added an extra touch of modernity and excitement to our visit.

My second stay here. The first stay was fine, this time it was horrible. Booked a room for 12 days, not even once that they vacuumed the floor. Carpet is super dirty. Strong cigarette smell coming through the heater’s vent almost everyday and night. I coughed so much that my chest hurt and I had troubles breathing, so I had to check out early. Apparently they protect the indoor smokers in this hotel. I guess they won’t care until they are shown some medical bills. The “non-smoking room” sign is just for decoration. No fines, nothing. Will never come back again. Terrible stay. No, scratch that, it was disgusting.

The location was good, about 10 minutes walk from QingNianGongYuan metro station. All staff I met here were friendly and warm, and provided the service I asked for. The room was spacious and clean, with smart toilet bowl. The king-sized bed was super comfy. Breakfast was of good quality. Free, self-service laundry was of great convenience to travellers. They also provided free ice-cream and souvenirs.

酒店位置很不錯，地鐵1號線和2號線出來走幾分鐘就到了。到彩電塔也很方便，酒店周邊還有很多好吃的地方！非常推薦住這家。 房間也很大，乾濕分離，衞生間很乾凈。 前台和客房服務的大姐們都很熱情！ 前台還有冰激凌可以自取。退房的時候前台小姐姐還送了餅乾糖果，還很貼心的給了温熱的礦泉水。

設施：比較陳舊 衞生：不乾淨，淋浴間地漏都是頭髮 環境：青年大街 服務：提前電話有詢問感覺挺好的，但辦理入住時候也許太晚了，前台有點愛答不理的。

地理位置不錯，離哪都不遠，距離萬象城和彩電塔都比較近。酒店衞生很好，衞生間隔音也不錯。房間很大，不需要單獨開空調，暖氣夠熱，每天有換免費的水和飲料。前台服務態度特別好！！下次來還住這裏

服務很好，很熱情，每天都會打掃房間。離各個景點都很近，在市中心，附近就有老四季總店。我們最後有東西忘記在房間裏面了，服務人員聯繫我給我寄回來。
