Hotel di Liaoning Provincial Museum/Taoxian International Airport, Shenyang

This time when I came to Shenyang, I stayed at the Sheraton Shenyang Xindu Hotel and the experience was perfect! I have to give huge praise to York and Judy, the two amazing front desk staff! Because I accidentally booked the wrong room type and wanted to change the twin beds to a king-size bed, they immediately helped me coordinate without saying a word. They were super patient and considerate throughout the whole process. Not only that, they also enthusiastically recommended the hotel facilities to me, including the heated swimming pool, the well-equipped gym, and the food in the Chinese and Western restaurants are all amazing! Knowing that I wanted to check in the surrounding area, they immediately recommended the Liaoning Provincial Museum and the Science and Technology Museum, and even explained the reservation guide and must-see exhibits clearly! I also recommended several hidden gems restaurants that are popular among locals, serving barbecue, seafood, and hotpot! The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to go out and eat around. I was really impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism during this stay. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Shenyang!

The room is clean and tidy and spacious, the service staff is warm, not far from the airport and subway station, it is convenient to travel, the environment is very good, it gives people a comfortable feeling, the coffee in the lobby bar on the first floor is better, the robot delivery is very cute, and I will come on business trips in the future.

We picked this hotel because it was at the airport, so its location is great for early or late night flights. First how to get there, see my picture. You have to walk from the airport terminal to the hotel, so when you exit the terminal walk towards the toll plaza and head to the left of it. Walk through the parking lot and the toll plaza on the left side toll gate, passing the booth. Keep walking towards the hotel and right before you get to the vehicle gate there’s a small entryway that takes you into the parking lot and into the hotel. The hotel lobby is clean, it’s has an old appearance, but that’s ok. From my reading the 4th to the 5th floors have the best rooms as for being clean. Rooms were clean, beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom is nice, but it’s a partial wet bath, so the floors will get wet. Put a couple towels on the ground to soak up the water. Rooms were also very quiet, we didn’t hear the other guests or even a jet taking off. We had their breakfast, hours are 6:30am to 9am, and consisted of mainly Chinese breakfast, but they did have a basic western style breakfast with fried eggs, some meats, some breads, and a cappuccino machine. The breakfast was good and we got full. Overall it’s a good hotel to stay at, the people working there were nice, and we’ll be staying there again when we visit family in Shenyang.

Convenient for travel, good location, super good family suite, two bedrooms are big beds, each room also has a TV, the room has plenty of supplies, you can park in the underground garage parking lot, there are charging piles, breakfast time is sufficient from 7 to 11, the combination of Chinese and Western taste is delicious, the service is great Xiao Zheng five stars

Took the kids to Liaoning Science and Technology Museum. The hotel is very close and you can walk to the Science and Technology Museum and the museum. Very convenient. The hotel has laundry service, gym, robot delivery and other services. The kids wanted to eat fruit in the middle of the night, and the robot brought it to them. Very good hotel, I will stay here next time. The breakfast is also delicious, Chinese food, Western food, beef noodles also have a lot of meat, it is worth recommending. Hotel is OK. Nothing special, but clean, doesn't stink and have everything to sleep before the flight. Haven't heard the planes at night, the staff is polite and sometimes understand English. There should be somewhere a transfer to the airport but in the promised time in the morning there wasn't any, that's bad. But it is 20 minutes with calm pace by foot, so it's not a big problem.

Friends came to Shenyang to play, I gave them a new hotel not far from the airport for half a year, after receiving a friend, I drove from the airport to the hotel in less than 20 minutes. The parking lot is on the ground and underground. It is very convenient. The check-in speed is also very fast. The front desk beauty is very good. The whole smile was very comfortable. The next day I came to the hotel to accompany my friends for breakfast. The hotel's breakfast was 58 yuan/person. I didn't live in the store so I spent money alone to buy breakfast. There are many varieties of breakfast! ! ! The dishes are quite satisfactory and the coffee is delicious! The beef noodles are very good. Almost every table has a large porcelain tank to install this beef noodles. The friend said that the room supplies are also very good, sleeping comfortably, and the toiletries are also very high-end. There is a parking spot at the hotel gate, the customer service issues invoices promptly and with a good attitude, the elevator is very quiet, the laundry and drying room is very clean, and the status prompt next to the door is very eye-catching. The door automatically closes with just the right amount of force, there is a shoe-changing bench in the entrance hall, the mattress has good support, the memory foam pillow has good support, the room is decorated in a simple style, you can see the planes taking off and landing from the sofa next to the bed, the free airport pick-up service is in place, and the driver will take the initiative to load the luggage. It is recommended to place an office chair in the king-size bed room.

The health, environment and facilities are all OK. I can give it 5 points. I give 1 point for service because the attitude of the airport pick-up and drop-off driver was so bad. He didn’t help with the luggage. He just opened the rear door and stood next to you while you loaded and unloaded your luggage. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was all done.
