Hotel berhampiran Masanjia Railway Station, Shenyang

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Lokasi hotel sangat sangat baik. Ia hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Shenyang. Di tingkat bawah adalah Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street yang sibuk. Terdapat pusat beli-belah yang besar seperti Parkson dan Wanda, serta Starbucks, Food City, kedai serbaneka Lawson, bar dan aktiviti riadah yang lain. Tempat: Walaupun bilik hotel berusia beberapa tahun, ia sangat bersih dan kemas secara keseluruhan. Perkhidmatan lembut sangat baik. Dari penerimaan pengurus lobi, daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, kepada perkhidmatan restoran, orang ramai berasa penuh semangat dan kemesraan. Terdapat juga lobi. Buah alu-aluan yang disampaikan oleh pengurus adalah tempat yang sangat disyorkan untuk tinggal dalam perjalanan perniagaan dan perjalanan. Kualiti perkhidmatan di bawah jenama Shangri-La boleh dipercayai.🌞🌞🌞

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

Hotel yang saya pilih setiap kali saya membawa bayi saya ke Shenyang, kerana bilik twin mempunyai dua katil besar 1.5 meter, dan keluarga dengan tiga orang tidur dengan sangat selesa. Ia tidak sesak sama sekali. Sarapannya kaya dengan pelbagai jenis, yang dapat memenuhi selera keluarga. Persekitarannya baru dan tidak lama. Kolam renang dengan ketinggian tinggi direka dengan baik. Kawasan rehat, tangga kolam kanak-kanak, dan gambar tanpa batas juga indah. Semasa anda berjalan di tingkat bawah di Hang Lung, kadangkala anda dapat menjumpai beg yang tidak boleh anda beli di kedai lain. Tidak banyak orang di pusat membeli-belah seperti Bandar Vientiane. Kakitangan perkhidmatan di meja depan sangat luar biasa. Sekiranya anda ingat dengan betul, pembersihan bilik harus dipanggil Shao. Na, saya ingin memberikan pujian khas. Saya mahukan dua botol air mineral. Setelah saya menghantarnya, saya melihat bahawa saya mengambil anak saya. Saya juga menghantar peralatan mandian kanak-kanak, selipar, dan mainan untuk harimau kecil itu. Saya sangat hangat dan bertanya sama ada kita kekurangan apa-apa lagi. Seperti ibu saudara saya, kami mengucapkan selamat tinggal ketika mendaftar keluar. Keghairahan perkhidmatan lebih mengejutkan dan selesa daripada kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Mie daging lembu untuk sarapan sangat enak, dan mereka yang datang ke sini mesti mencubanya😄

Best service. Best staff. Best location. Best comfortable bed. 10/10 Thank you so much for the lovely Hostel. My trip 7 days in Shenyang is perfect. Hope to see you soon.

Very convenient with direct access subway from airport. Eateries are limited around the hotel. Walk 200m toward the TV tower & u may find some. I stayed in a midsize suite for a night & on my return 2 nights, they upgraded to the biggest suite. The mid sized suite face the TV tower which the largest suite they give me face a construction site which run 24hrs. Light sleeper do take note. Mattress is softer & more comfortable in the big suite. Toilet bowl for the midsize suite are in a separated room away from bathroom. Breakfast not worth mentioning but the staff are polite. I would rate this as a good basic business hotel. Not the luxurious type u are looking for. Very good price tho.. The main downside for me would be the renovation smells that linger strongly in part of corridor & room. There is a pungent plastic burning smell that bothers me. Secondly, the aircon blower was shut in winter period. I susposed to save cost. Only a small air vent above the window. The air is still & stuffy in the room. I had to left the main door ajar to get some breeze in the room. Pictures are the 80meter square room. Last 4pics are the midsize suite. Prices in chinese dy website are way cheaper.

中街、故宮、劉老根就在邊上，中街朋友們!新開業!嘎嘎新滴酒店!!就在中街牌坊邊上 交通便利 全屋智能高性價比 體驗感很棒!!推薦給來瀋陽玩的姐們兒!! 出站怎麼走? 瀋陽站出站步行不到5分鐘就到酒店了，出門步行260米就是中街地鐵站，行李一放!出去玩咯! 周圍的景點有哪些? 出門就是地鐵，離中街200米，故宮、劉老根小河沿早市也近!去瀋陽故宮步行10min，去劉老根步行20分鐘，房間乾淨整潔 整體設計很大膽，房間敞亮採光很好，燈光色調恰到好處，床墊軟硬度很好，枕頭也是乳膠記憶枕，z晚上睡覺休息的不錯，房間內隔音做的蠻OK的，浴室拖鞋穿着老舒服了 設施很齊全 智能家居，智能窗簾，衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶，馬桶墊，誇誇電動大電視，觀影效果有被震撼到，還有很多神祕偏遠哦。酒店有地下車庫位，這幾天在停車改造，中街停車地方多方便，公區還有健身房洗衣房 體驗感滿滿 因為不熟悉路，服務人員專門出來接，路痴星人真心 感動 !免費升級了房型，工作人員都很熱情，聊天 時有一種鬆弛感，大愛瀋陽!下次還住!

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.
