I've book 2 rooms in this hotel for my family. The location is very good which between several malls and restaurants. However the facilities need to be improved. One of the room has not good smell, i need to required to change. Hope Atour will improve. But The reception attitude was good and enthusiastic. Beside hotel provided free ricesoup and dessert at night which was delicious. Basically i and my family has a good time in atour.

Receptionist and all staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage for an extra day as I had business appointments. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and amenities were excellent. Hospitality was excellent

Excellent stay in this hotel - spacious room with very pleasant deco and amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance to nearby eateries and shopping. Will definitely come back.

공연 때문에 이 호텔에 묵게 되었어요. 공연장 바로 뒷건물이라 가까워서 너무 좋았는데 그 주위에는 아무것도 없어서 매번 택시로 이동했어요. 호텔 방은 제가 예약한 것보다 더 좋은 방을 주셔서 큰 방에서 지낼 수 있어서 좋았고요 방은 매우 깨끗하고 신식이라 그런지 냄새도 나지 않아서 너무 좋았어요, 헬스장도 깨끗하고 햇빛이 잘 들어서 운동하기 좋았어요. 옆에 세탁실도 잘 되어있어서 좋았고 조식도 깔끔하니 맛있었어요. 직원분들 모두 친절해서 다음에도 이 근처에 올 일이 생긴다면 이곳으로 올 것 같아요.
