During a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport, and I must say it was a delightful experience. After a grueling day of meetings and presentations, nothing could have been more refreshing than the warm welcome we received from the hotel's exceptional reception staff, SunShine and Rebecca. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, their friendly smiles and genuine hospitality set the tone for our stay. SunShine, with an aptly fitting name, radiated positivity and made us feel right at home. Rebecca was equally impressive, offering us insightful suggestions on how to make the most of our time at the hotel. Whether it was recommending the best spots to unwind or highlighting features of the hotel that we shouldn't miss, their advice was invaluable. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and it’s clear that both SunShine and Rebecca take great pride in their roles. I sincerely hope that they continue to thrive in their careers at this hotel; they are indeed assets to the Hyatt brand. Overall, the combination of excellent service from staff like SunShine and Rebecca, along with comfortable accommodations, made our stay at the Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure.

Really nice hotel , super giant room , nice amenities , but the best is the check in , Sunshine was very nice and help me a lot in check in and gave me very useful information for next day morning flight !! Congratulations for Sunshine !!! The gym could be more complete but it is 24 hours !! Pool open 14:00 and close 22:00

Hotel ditempah dekat airport, tapi rupa-rupanya di seberang landasan, kami habiskan 2 jam mencari jalan keluar dari airport ke hotel, tapi tak jumpa, terpaksa ambil teksi di sekitar lapangan terbang dengan harga 55 yuan, tetapi pemandu tidak mempunyai pertukaran, perjalanan berharga 100 yuan, tetapi ini sudah tentu tiada kaitan dengan hotel, ia adalah malam yang gelap - saya mahu entah bagaimana masuk ke hotel. Hotel ini bagus, semua yang anda perlukan ada di sana, cerek, teh, tetapi tiada gula. Peralatan tempat tidurnya sangat bagus - terima kasih! Location: around 20 mins car ride from Bao An airport Amenities: include toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, room slippers but no cotton buds/facial cottons Breakfast: very few choices but good enough for me Room condition: Clean, cozy and spacious

great hotel if you have a flight. it's about 10 min drive to airport. there are lots of shops, restaurants within walking distance from hotel. service is very good.. they let me store my luggage for several days. I would recommend this hotel . it is little far from city center but there is a subway within a 10 min walk.

Stayed one night as we needed to catch a 3am flight at the airport nearby. Hotels provide shuttle bus service to the airport, but unfortunately service stops by 10pm and only resumes around 5am so we had to take a taxi instead. Didn't try or notice any facilities as we just used the room to sleep and wash up.

hotel is a little dated but it's clean. arrived at Bao'an airport around 3:30am. gave hotel a call and made arrangements for pick up which was quite fast. within minutes i arrived at the hotel. decided to go for the free hotel breakfast before heading to my room. nothing to shout about, just simple breakfast fare to keep yr tummy nice and warm. the room is small but it is good enough and has everything for a night stay. bed is pretty comfy. aircon works very well. definitely worth the value if u need a short stay over.

Hotel ini baru diubah suai, bilik-bilik berada dalam keadaan yang sangat baik. Satu-satunya masalah mungkin semasa sarapan pagi kerana tidak banyak masakan barat untuk dipilih. Tiada penkek dan telur hancur dan sebagainya- jika ini adalah satu kemestian untuk anda. Lokasi yang sempurna, berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang, dan daftar masuk dan keluar bukanlah masalah. Kakitangan hanya berbahasa Cina, jadi pastikan anda mempunyai aplikasi terjemahan untuk membantu. Saya pasti akan menempah lagi walaupun. Penginapan saya sangat baik.
