服務很好，前台戴眼鏡小哥對老人很友好。 電視突然黑屏也幫忙換走。 明明是我麻煩了他們，他們反而不停的講不好意思。 充電有USB跟Type C，很方便。 浴門封閉較差，洗澡後外頭地面都濕透了。 與地鐵位置想像遠了點。

酒店是今年2024新開的，房間衞生很乾淨 ，設備齊全，值得一讚👍🏻連漱口水也有提供。我訂是最基本房型約三佰元有找，空間感足夠，床墊和枕頭都很舒服，帎頭有二款軟硬選擇😍前台有咖啡機免費供應。地理位置很好，行約十分鐘就到印力中心的山姆超市。性價比相當高👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻下次來深圳也會選擇這家酒店‼️

Fantastic stay and experience at this hotel. It's very clean, the staff are helpful, friendly and very professional. Very good location, very near stores, malls and subway stations. I booked the duplex and it was a really nice bedroom. The breakfast was excellent and it also had very tasty coffee. Everything about this hotel has been really good. Thank you.

I recently booked a stay in Shenzhen through trip.com and was thoroughly impressed with my choice. The hotel’s location is exceptional, situated conveniently near all the major scenic spots. Not only was the establishment impeccably clean, but the management at the reception deserves special mention for their positive attitude and cooperative nature. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Rest assured, on my next trip to Shenzhen, this will be my preferred place to stay.

The hotel in the district of OCT. it is difficult to find the hotel by car. So you must really know the road to the hotel front door. The location is far from the subway. Maybe about 20 min walk. In The neighborhood are a lot of taxi. You can easily get a taxi to go about everywhere. The hotel is neat. A little bit outdated, but still neat enough to be considered well maintained. Maybe my room was upgraded. The room is very big. The bed is comfortable enough, but for me a little bit too hard. In this neighborhood the hotels are a little bit expensive for the quality you get. But compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood it is for now the best for the money you spend.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

very good located and for the price very good. Not expect a hotel like lobby and parking, front space. more like serviced apar**ent.

The location is perfect with a large shopping mall and metro just right next to the hotel. The service of hotel staff was good too but it was too hard-sell. They kept on asking for joining membership and even personal contact. Besides, the first room we got was very smelly with a strong smoke smell. The hotel was good and helped to change another which was okay.

從國外回來首次入住，第一印象是周邊環境不錯，綠化看着也很舒心，旁邊是僑城坊，下樓走兩步路就到，特別方便，可以喝咖啡享受下午茶時光，美食也是很方便啦，再一個到公寓，前台在31樓，可以提個小小的建議，在一樓設指示牌，對於第一次來的客人確實是不好找，其次前台人員Lilian待客熱情，耐心介紹周邊設施環境，介紹房間陳設等等，很細心，特別值得表揚，安排的房間也是朝向特別好，晚霞盡收眼底，特別感謝她，首次入住體驗滿分，以後來深圳還會選擇你們✊
