Hotel berhampiran Concubine of Emperor Qianlong Tomb, Shenzhen

Everything is perfect. The receptionist provided all the choices to me for upgrading and explain everything clearly. Name of the receptionist is ”Jing” and she provided the best service I ever have. Her passion and 24hrs service provided us a more than satisfy experience. I strongly recommend this hotel with 5 star service to everyone.

Hotel has a very good location. The room is clean with all necessary facilities and nice view. Breakfast spot is very nice, plenty of options to choose so you won’t stay hungry. Right across the entrance is Starbucks and family mart. Recommend staying there 👍

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

Kali ni susah nak komen. 1. Hotel: teruk~ Apabila masuk dari jalan melalui jalan raya, tanahnya sangat tidak rata dan berbahaya. Lobi juga berbau zaman dahulu. Di restoran, semasa sarapan pagi keesokan harinya, terdapat gigitan pepijat lagi! OK~ Walaupun bumbung sudah lama, terdapat juga kawasan rehat bawah tanah. Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang baik. 2. Bilik: teruk~ Tidak ada pengisian gel mandian sama sekali, yang buruk dalam botol, tetapi nasib baik ada sabun, jadi lupakan saja. Masalah paling besar ialah saya pernah menyangka katil itu digigit kutu, tetapi apabila keluarga saya tidur selepas mandi, mereka juga mengatakan lantai dan katil dalam bilik itu gatal, jadi saya percaya mereka digigit kutu. ! ! ! Tingkap itu sangat kecil, tetapi bukan masalah besar. Kuasa air pancuran mandian terlalu lemah. Kertas tandas diletakkan betul-betul di atas tong sampah, yang sangat tidak bersih. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk keseluruhan gulungan secara tidak sengaja jatuh ke dalam tong sampah, yang menyedihkan. Terdapat cetakan kasut di dinding bilik yang juga lama. OK~ Ada cermin lurus, barang tersusun rapi, dan ada kad berkat hangat di sebelah katil. Penghawa dingin yang mencukupi. Bilik telah dinaik taraf kepada saiz yang lebih besar Terima kasih kepada wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu kerana mengambil inisiatif untuk menaik taraf. 3. Perkhidmatan: teruk~ Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia adalah perkara yang teruk. tuala untuk mengubati sakit belakang. Apabila meminta bantuan, kakitangan sentiasa memberitahu saya tempat duduk yang tersedia di dalam bilik. Sudah tentu kami sudah mengetahuinya dengan jelas apabila kami memasuki bilik itu. .... Bagaimanapun, akhirnya kami terlalu risau untuk menggunakan tuala tambahan yang dipinjam. Saya juga mendapat tahu kemudian bahawa saya tidak menambah gel mandian, jadi saya tidak berani untuk meminta bantuan di meja depan. Ini mungkin kali pertama saya menghadapi situasi ini dalam banyak perjalanan dalam hidup saya. OK~ Wanita kakitangan petang tu sebenarnya peramah, baik hati, dan cantik (tapi, kecuali bila mintak bekalan barang-barang di atas, dia rasa macam resistance, yang pelik, tak tahu kenapa). Dia juga mengambil inisiatif untuk menaik taraf bilik kami kepada kami. Selepas daftar keluar, kakitangan juga membuat pengaturan yang baik untuk menyimpan bagasi sehingga petang. 4. Sarapan pagi: teruk~ Terdapat beberapa ***a, walaupun saya tahu dapur telah melakukan yang terbaik. Hidangannya sangat berminyak dan tidak sihat. Selepas makan, saya mengalami cirit-birit yang teruk dua kali! Dan roti itu tidak boleh dimakan tanpa guacamole. Bau lama restoran itu lebih teruk daripada bau lobi. OK~ Buahnya segar. Terdapat projektor TV di restoran untuk menonton berita. Terdapat sudut perpustakaan. Ia mempunyai perasaan nostalgia drama kostum dan menarik

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They have me a quiet room and that night on my floor the AC heating didnt work and I felt a little cold. They offered to move me to another room or provide another quilt. This is quite thoughtful. The service was also speedy, I didn’t wait very long at all. I do think this place is in a good location 河马 supermarket is nearby, so is the night market and two metro stations. Really easy to get around. For the price I paid that night, it was definitely worth it.

Loved it. Everyone so friendly and helpful. The room was okay size but then all toiletries given, umbrella as well. Its actually quite convenient walking around for food. Nearby got lotsa glasses centre as well. We ordered 2 spec and got it in 2 hrs time. Metro also walking distance. There is a lift exit nearby also, slightly farer, but excellent if u carried big luggage.

Tangga hotel menghala terus ke kereta bawah tanah, yang sangat mudah! Bilik-bilik juga sangat besar, dan bilik perniagaan mempunyai ruang tamu yang sangat besar dan dapur kecil! Terdapat juga banyak ruang di luar, jadi anda tidak akan bising langsung. Penyambut tetamu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasinya betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Pasar Dongmen Anda boleh pergi membeli-belah di Jalan Lama Dongmen apabila anda mempunyai banyak makanan yang lazat di sekitar, dan terdapat banyak pilihan untuk dibawa pulang. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus dan pengalaman menginap yang hebat
