Hotel berhampiran Donghu New Town, Shenzhen

設施：都可以接受的，前台小姐姐很禮貌熱情。還臨近東湖公園。 出行羅湖區的可以首選，周邊還很多吃的。唯一缺陷就挨着高架橋，有些吵鬧

They gave me an upgrade on the room , it was large but i dont like it with carpet. Amenities and things in the bath were fine. Inside the room, lights has an annoying feature of self turn-off after a short period of time. Maybe for green reason. Don’t think it is appropriate/nesccessary for a premise ran as four/five star hotel. Also , that neighbourhood of Luo Wu was not worth these pricing. And the breakfast was little underwhelming. And the hospitality was little like security guard. They should definitely visit some international brand name to see how the experience is to be crafted. Overall, the hardware was there but it definitely need more soul to be a guest worthy place.

優點：1、位置較好，離太安地鐵站近，附近有個大超市，叫外賣也很多選擇；2、有洗衣機烘乾機免費使用，洗衣液消毒液都有整齊配備，30分鐘就高温烘乾了，非常方便；3、工作人員服務態度都很好，有問題都會及時解決；4、床鋪用品舒適。 缺點：1、空調對着床，導致我住的第一晚就吹感冒了，整個旅行期（5天）都是喉嚨疼，咳嗽；2、房間會偶爾有煙味，不知道是窗户不嚴實其他房間飄過來的還是某個廚房排風扇離房間窗户較近

酒店屬於老舊的， 設備舊了， 衞生不行房間有蟑螂🪳。附近很多賣吃的， 夜裡還有人喝酒大聲説話。距離地鐵走路5-10分鐘。 服務到位，態度很好。這次出差， 發現附近有很多其他酒店， 如果錢不是問題，建議找新點的

設施：很齊全，應該是一個老牌酒店改造過來的，設備都比較新，也很完善，大廳休息區、洗衣房等很實用； 衞生：很乾凈，住了幾天中間也幫我們打掃了； 環境：算是在比較核心的位置，周邊還挺方便的； 服務：服務員都很熱情❤️，專業。 可能酒店地理位置好，住幾天都發覺有包場會議的，感覺人超級多，尤其是早上用餐時🤔所以我們都是錯峯吃早餐幸好給我們留得有。 忘記拍照了上幾張美圖

説實話 從性價比來説還算好 但是電視開不了 空調開大風的時候有一種滾筒洗衣機洗衣服的噪音 不得已開了靜音 但是製冷就慢了很多了 而且朋友睡上層 第二天被咬了7個包 有小蟲子 希望這方面能改善一下

這家酒店是新裝修的，環境很乾凈住起來很舒服，最喜歡飄窗上的休息空間，從窗户還能看到深圳的城景。前台服務態度也很好，免費給我們升級房間，消息回覆及時，阿姨打掃也很乾凈

房間算是對得起這個價格，衹是老闆沒什麼人情味，上次定了房當天飛機延誤至停飛協商老闆不同意退款，我想可能是我協商晚了點也理解。這次是訂好房行程有變跟店家協商改至第二天晚上，也是不同意，無奈我空了一晚上多付了三百多，一般情況下這樣做生意別人是不願意再打第二次交道的，衹因出差時間緊事情多就懶得換地方還連續住了三晚！本來想給個大大的差評，算了

My room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep every night. The hotel's location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It's situated in a vibrant part of Shenzhen, with easy access to shopping centers, cultural attractions, and public transport. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities at Noa Hotel are top-notch. The cafe provided stunning views of the city and was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly sets Noa Hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to ”Little N,” the hotel's innovative delivery robot. Little N added a futuristic touch to my stay, efficiently delivering items directly to my room with a friendly demeanor. This delightful service was not only convenient but also a fun and memorable experience. I highly recommend Noa Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel offers a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I look forward to my next visit!

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
