I had a really good experience at this hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and I was greeted with a smile when checking in. Emily and Luna at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which left a great first impression. The service was attentive and thoughtful—they even allowed us a late check-out, which was very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall scent in the hotel was pleasant, unlike many other hotels. The breakfast was more Chinese than Western, but it was still quite good. The location is also very convenient, with good transport links and everything you need nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it and stay here again.

We stayed at this brand for many times, but this is the first time to stay at this location. Staff are helpful & considerate, especially when I was sick, they gave me a lot of support. & the front desk staff, Cindy always gave us the hand for assistance. Finally, we stayed three nights at this hotel. It is located at around 10min walk from Shenzhen University station, & about 10min walk to the nearby shopping mall. Just only the surrounding areas are having renovations.

Excellent service, nice & helpful staffs (front desk, breakfast time hostess, chefs at the open kitchen...etc) 😄 New hotel & facilities in good condition. Check-in check-out fast. No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)

Lino, Timmy, and Nora are lovely and helpful, and they're happy to help even if I neglected to pack the phone charger. The room is pleasant and clean, and it is extremely convenient in Futian port. They also provide free breakfast, which is truly outstanding service.

The Hampton is opened on 5Dec and we stayed during its first month of operation, hence everything is new. The check in staff Yamie is not so friendly and gave us a lower tier room while an upgrade for our English speaking friend. That was not very nice. Hence we have to speak English to her to get a better treatment later on, a bit of an unfair treatment for being friendly as we purposely spoke mandarin to them initially. A support staff in the front desk called Yude Zhu (not sure if I catch the name right) was much more friendly with a good attitude on the contrary. Breakfast was standard but only until 10am; it was very packed during the weekend with lots of last minute comers fighting for food; a bit of a warzone with lots of Hong Kong people. The hot chicken soup noodle was a nice morning comfort food though. Nonetheless it was a blessing that a male staff with glasses (didn’t manage to recall his name !) was very attentive to offer help when I was arranging a takeaway coffee from the counter. Gym was small but not bad. Laundry room is convenient with 3 sets of washing machines and dryers. Slippers are fur lined and comfy in two colours for two guests to identify for themselves easily. Overall not a bad choice but the hotel is surrounded by a neighbourhood full of old residential buildings which looked a bit rundown; yet a large mall is within walking distance (7min) for easy access.

no amenities nearby such as restaurants. Fortunately has a good cafe which serves good quality local food and servers are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Self laundry service is available. Hotel though states VISA and Master cards can be use in their advertisement, but on arrival, can use only AliPay or cash. International Travel card payment cannot be used. UK electrical socket is avaliable in room is a plus point though only 1 unit.
