Great location Good service Staff so nice Will come back again

Very nice hotel with all clean and good amenities. Right in the happening place of huaqiangbei commercial hi tech city . Close to Metro. Lots of exits leading towards the place. You don’t get lost. Food is great with lots of western and Chinese options. 24 hrs gym and a free haagen DAZ’s ice cream at the lobby during night time.

First of all, the location is perfect. It is right next to MTR station and is surrounded by food The bed is very comfortable and i would definitely come back

Good location, good room size and relatively new decor. However the air conditioning is very bad, infact the worst I have experienced these past few days in China. Stuffy n Humid, makes you feels short of breath to say the least. Lift is small and cramp. During peak hours can be a wait. Sort out the air conditioning and it will be one of the best location around HQB, Shenzhen.

We have travel together for the business and everything here is amazing. The location is very near to MRT. The room that are very clean. Very Variety of Breakfast choice and even complimentry Haagen Dazs ice-cream. Atour has always been our favorite hotel chain in China, but this paticular hotel (Atour Hotel Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangnorth Pedestrian Street) go beyond customer Service. On of our Boss has been upgrade his room to bigger room and more comfortable which he love it. The staffs are so friendly. The Manager even come to greet us and ask for feedback. It make us feel very welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality.

We continued to chose the Atour brand and this location didn't disappoint. The location couldn't be better, literally across from the metro exit with many shops, restaurants within steps of the hotel! Walking street is also a few minutes walking. The hotel itself is clean with all the amenities that Atour offers eg self laundry (free), gym and minibar. They also offer late night snacks from 930-11pm. The staff themselves are very helpful and always eager to greet you. Didn't remember to take pictures but rooms are spacious and clean like all the other Atour rooms. Most importantly, Atour enforce the no smoking policy within its hotels,this was a key difference for our choice to stick with the brand.

I have book 2 days in this hotel, and everything goes smooth. They not have english speaker, but i face no problem. They use translator app 😁. All the receptions person of this hotel really is a big help, the best hotel i pick this year at shenzhen. They also provide free laundry each day, the room is big, spacious, clean. All the things great in here, also the breakfast is good. Thank you all. This hotel also very near with mall and metro station. Really convenient 😁😁

Super location! Just 20 meters from exit B of Huaqiangbei North subway station. Everything is fresh and new. Breakfast is sufficient for such price. Overall great price value deal!
