Great location however it has no gym as per photos. There are 2 gyms nearby you can pay per session. Massage chairs in interconnected mall. Great cafes just below. Very very convenient

The hotel is clean and the room not too big but it has everything I need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will comeback when I have a chance to go shenzhen again.

Location is good, just in front of metro but there is no sign about hotel or name, So Metro Exit E front building 9th Floor. The hotel is nice & hygiene is very clean, and the service is also very good. The front desk lady is very helpful, I had alot of packages she helped me to move things. Room is little small but neat n clear withe new facilities & technology. Receptionist number nine helpful n very kind n a very good service attitude.

The location was perfect just with GuShu metro station, have KFC ,Starbucks , McDonalds and many other stores downstairs

Smooth check-in. Good variety of restaurants in the area. Good value for money. Close to the airport for early morning flights. Thick curtains, dark quiet room for a comfortable nights sleep. High-tech toilet, but not all features were functional.

Booked this hotel because I had to go to the airport early in the morning. Excellent breakfast, service and cleanliness. I’ll definitely come back again. I especially wanted to thank the lady who served breakfast this morning as her attitude was the brightest.

compact room but with washing machine at balcony, mattress and pillow are not comfortable for me. Good thing is hotel provides disposable wc seat cover, and washing detergent. shower room is compact too.
