Really good hotel very convenient with taxi just few minutes from shenzhenbei station, many things to eat nearby and just really close distance to huge shopping malls for all the shopping and eating

The location is pretty good, very close to Shenzhen North Station. However, it's a bit of a walk to the subway. Taking a taxi to Hongshan Station on Line 4 is quick, and it's very convenient to get to Futian Port. I booked this hotel mainly to go to Hong Kong, so I'm very satisfied with the location – it's hassle-free whether by subway or high-speed rail. The front desk lady was super nice! She upgraded my room and put me in a quiet room away from the street construction.

Booked this room for a friend. Comfortable place with their own made pillow and beds! You can actually buy from them! The experience has been great! This is very value for money! Strongly recommend

The front desk staff were really friendly and enthusiastic. The lobby was clean and bright, and the elevators were fast. They even gave us a free room upgrade! Breakfast was plentiful, clean, and hygienic.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and I even got a free room upgrade. The room was soundproof and very close to the North Station, making it super convenient for taxis. I absolutely loved the pillows – I had such a comfortable sleep! I even want to buy one for myself now.

Friendly staff, both the room and toilet are very clean. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is good. I'll come back if I visit Shenzhen again.

Close to Shenzhen North Station, making it super convenient for taxis. The staff were very friendly, responded to messages promptly, and even gave us a free room upgrade! The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next trip! 🫡🫡

The bedding was a pleasant surprise! The toiletries were Jo Malone, which were amazing and smelled lovely. The room had a lot of complimentary items, was very clean, and smelled fresh. Even the bath towels were individually wrapped, which made them feel very hygienic and comforting.
