This hotel has moved to a new building, so it's likely newly renovated. The style is upscale, and the TV is a Xiaomi smart TV that supports screen mirroring. You can watch regular channels, but there's no on-demand movie service. They have both above-ground and underground parking. The front desk service was excellent. They offer a complimentary late-night buffet, and on a weekday, they even upgraded my room. Plus, they provide a yoga mat!

The hotel's location is decent, though it's still a bit of a walk to the subway station. It's surrounded by CBD-style areas, with coffee shops and convenience stores nearby downstairs. MixC World is about a 1km walk away. The room itself is quite spacious and the internal facilities are good. However, the shower door doesn't close properly, causing some leakage. The toiletries are all Le Labo, but I'm not sure if it's the real deal as they were quite drying. The hotel staff provided excellent service. On the downside, the room is expensive, and breakfast is also pricey. Plus, if you book through a third party, you can't enjoy the complimentary breakfast usually offered to members.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. It's also just a fifteen-minute walk to MixC World. The room was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding. I have a small suggestion: there's only one trash can in the bathroom. It would be great to have another one next to the coffee table in the main room.

The room is very clean, spotlessly cleaned. I will choose this hotel again for my business trips.

Alightly further from metro station. Even though I am atour member but not entitled to free breakfast just because I book through this platform and not atour directly. Disappointed. This hotel is slightly worn out too. But kudos to laundry services.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The public bamboo lounge is quiet and elegant, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. Because of the excellent service from the front desk lady, I'll definitely prioritize this Atour hotel for my next trip. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was from Atour Planet, which is the same mattress and pillows I use at home – very comfortable! The service was excellent and always met our needs. The hotel breakfast was very rich and varied. My child said they want to stay here again next time we go to Nanshan District.

I booked a premium king room which came with a desk and a sofa lounge area. It was quite relaxing to return to after my meetings. I really appreciate Atour's service; they offered a cup of hot honey water as soon as I entered. The room's decor was also very cozy. Atour's breakfasts always feature some local specialties, and the restaurant has a nice view with a decent selection of breakfast items.

Slightly pricier than neighboring hotels, but definitely worth the money. It's very convenient for transportation and parking, and you can walk to MixC World, a nearby shopping center. It's within walking distance yet very quiet. The hotel facilities met expectations, and the staff service was excellent, with thoughtful service throughout the check-in process. A fantastic stay experience.
