Ulasan Marina Hotel Lofoten

The hotel has an excellent location and is well-equipped with free parking, a kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer. Breakfast was also good. The only downside is that the room was too small.

It’s a contactless hotel using password to enter the hotel and the room. Location is 1.8km from town. Reasonably good breakfast with freshly baked breads and pastries (served warm). Basic amenities with kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Bed is comfortable. Overall, nice stay 👍🏻

The hotel feels outdated and could use renovation. The rooms and facilities seem old, the beds are terrible, and the bathroom is also in poor condition. The breakfast selection was limited. However, the breakfast staff were excellent—attentive, hardworking, and kept everything clean and well-stocked.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the town and hiking spot. only comment is the fishy smell from the nearby fishing village

Good location and a nice place to stay. The only problem is we have been provided an incorrect room number and door code, and we opened someone else's room. Have to call the hotel to fix this and get the correct room number.

The hotel was easy to find and the self-check-in process was very convenient. However, the room was a bit small and the curtains didn't block out enough light. It was too bright in the room at night, especially during the midnight sun. On the upside, the complimentary breakfast was excellent!

Big room for two people. Go to the center about 10mins walk. Easy to park and also have bus stops nearby to the airports.

Heating did not work, in the room no more than 17 degrees. Shower was leaking. Canceled second night and found another hote

Excellent stay, location was alright as Svolvær is only small everything is within walking distance. Very clean and safe.

I booked a double room and messaged the hotel beforehand to ask about rooms where the toilet is inside the shower. They said they'd make a note, so I specifically requested a room where the toilet was *outside* the shower. When I arrived, it felt like opening a mystery box because they gave us a room where the toilet was *inside* the shower! The bathroom isn't big, so showering in such a small space was quite cramped. All I can say is, it was quite something! Aside from that, in terms of value for money, the location is excellent; there's a Tesla charging station right across the street. Although the room is small, it has everything you need and is incredibly clean. The breakfast provided was fantastic, I loved it so much I probably had 4 cups of coffee. Also, for those who want to cook for themselves, the hotel has a communal kitchen, which saved us money on eating out and allowed us to have a lovely dinner.
