Booking was easy, trip apps easy to use. Payment process was easy. Reception was ok but not smiling, maybe tired. Assigned room on the high floors was excellent.

Fast check in n check out. Good service in providing wifi password. Room upgraded to higher floor. Though room is a bit old, facilities are adequate n some bathroom facilities hv been renovated. Tidings is good. Room view is pleasant. Breakfast is good having chestnuts n tea leaf eggs which I can rarely find in other hotels

The staff were friendly , but the room was old and the air con had weird smell.

I was staying here for vacation, however, a nearby construction site start piling procedure at 7 am sharply, i'm not able to sleep since that. Extremely bad experience. The customer service counter, offered me two choices, put on ear plugs or switching room. At least they tried to help.

The hotel is located in a good area in Nanshan District. The staff in the lobby are friendly and professional. However, this hotel is generally old. Walls, doors, windows, interiors, everything is old. Breakfast is not satisfactory. The menu is not international and diverse. I don't recommend it to foreigners who come on business trips to Nanshan. There are a lot of people in the lobby who sit and chat until late.
