Ulasan Yinyuan Business Hotel

I know it's a cheap hotel but I didn't mean it'll be this bad. I choose this location because I thought it'll be near to the beach but actually not that near. The bed is so hard and all facilities are old, I didn't pay much attention when booking and the room has no air conditioner not heater. It was winter and I was freezing there, and feeling very uncomfortably although the staff tried to gave me blankets. With 160yuan, I added 20yuan than the average room hoping I'll atleast get an average room but actually I could actually get a better room than this in other hotel. One more thing, the toilet is crazily small, unlike the picture. Waste of money.

For the price, this OYO hotel is worth staying. However, do note that It's connected to a KTV which tends to be a bit loud 🔊. Cleanliness is ok ok only but it's compensated by great service. The front desk lady is super nice to let us choose our rooms. Room is old and bathroom is not of the cleanest state. Overall, if you don't mind the above, the location is fantastic as it is near most of the attractions +/- 1km radius and service is excellent. There's also a nice BBQ restaurant downstairs.

Nice reception service. Hardware defects cause hygiene issues.

The echo from the karaoke bar on the first floor could be heard up to the fourth floor at night, making it impossible for anyone to sleep.

The sewer smells awful, haven't they even thought about fixing it? It's the smelliest place I've ever lived in.

Reasons for not recommending: 1) The smell of smoke was very strong, and it didn't dissipate even after the windows were open all day. 2) The toilet in the bathroom smelled, and the smell could also be smelled in the room. I only stayed one night before leaving.

The room was tiny, the facilities were old and broken, and there were large black rats moving around at night, making it impossible to sleep. It was terrifying. The service was poor; customer service didn't resolve the issue after I contacted them and told me to figure it out myself.

The lobby staff are very friendly and the hotel has very convenient transportation, close to Shatoujiao Road Station. But the hotel is very old, the mattress is a bit hard, and the wifi requires a domestic phone number to be used.

The room is very comfortable and very close to Zhongying Street. The price is also very reasonable. The front desk service is very nice and gentle. It is very suitable for tourists to stay. Highly recommended.

The price was very affordable on the first day of my stay. I wanted to stay one more day, but the price went up, so I had to stay in another hotel. I asked the hotel owner if I could stay one more night at the reserved price, but the hotel owner disagreed.

There is no socket at the bedside for charging. It is not convenient at all. There is a KTV downstairs which is very noisy at one or two in the morning. There are many mosquitoes. The bed is small. The picture looks big and the toilet is also small.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, but the shower is a bit cramped. Eating and transportation around are very convenient. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient.

The location is good, very close to the subway station, so traveling is very convenient. It's on the same street as Zhongying Street, very close, just walking distance. The lady at the front desk was very considerate. If I had a small cut on my foot, she disinfected it with alcohol and gave me a band-aid.

賓館位置好，離中英街近，去梧桐山徒步也方便，門口可以停車，附近吃飯地方多，可以按自己胃口選擇。賓館設施陳舊，保養還不錯，房間衞生乾淨，服務人員工作認真，有求必應。
