Good location with food stores all around. Check-in counter easily located and front desk personnel is helpful.

Value for money, big room with full height glass unlike other hotels of similar price (smaller & no window) but location a bit out.

It's a bit too dark... but still there are many restaurants nearby, good if you need a short stay nearby

Xiao Lu was an amazing receptionist. She made the whole stay very pleasant. For a non english speaker, she helped me with ordering food and was ptient with communicating with me.

The room looks pretty cool and nice but a bit dark, even with all the lights on. There’re doors for the toilet and shower but the bathtub is quite opened so it’s more recommended for solo traveler or couples. The fridge doesn’t really work. It’s warm inside. For charging, it’s recommended to bring along your cable with the plug. All the USB ports don’t work well.
But the service here is good. Staffs are polite and nice. A bonus point to free ice lollies provided at the reception.

the room is as pretty as the pictures, very unique vinyl decorated room. loved our stay here, 10/10 would recommend for the price.

Overall it was a fine hote rooms and toilets were big.
The bed was big.
It is a combined hotel with different hotels in the same building, the location was ok, walkable to the station , and also some restaurants nearby.
Generally this experience was ok.

My stay was fantastic. The hotel boasts a chic and luxurious decor, blending modern style with elegance. The facilities are excellent, contributing to a very comfortable and convenient stay. Though I didn't have the opportunity to sample the food, the experience was so pleasant that I plan to return.

The bed sheets are dirty I think, because my boyfriend and I woke up with red rashes on our bodies. The air conditioner is very quiet. And there is an excellent view out the window to the Tencent headquarters.
