The room was great, well-equipped, and not far from the metro station, less than a five-minute walk. There's a dim sum restaurant on the second floor with good breakfast, and it's also very close to a shopping mall. Overall, it felt like excellent value for money.

A nice location, bedrooms are a bit outdated, great benefit is to have dim sum on the 2nd floor.

This hotel is very close to the Grand Theater metro station, just across the road from the exit. It's quite convenient with plenty of food and drink options nearby (like MixC World) and Shenzhen Book City. My only real complaint was a frustrating check-in experience; it took over ten minutes to get my room door open, even after calling the front desk. Thankfully, they eventually sorted it out. Also, the sliding bathroom door doesn't close properly, so I hope they can look into that and make some improvements.

Location is very near to Grand Theater metro station. Close to MixC some other malls. We managed to get some egg tarts from one famous bakery in MixC too, with no queue at night. Service is just so so, we booked a double deluxe room for 3 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed) but the complimentary water bottles were only 2 provided, even when I asked the receptionist she mentioned only 2 provided. Room slippers, towels were also available for 2 people. These could actually be improved.

The location is very good. The hotel is located closed to 3 metro stations and surrounded by at least 2 department stores. The room is decorated with the old wallpaper and the old fashion furniture that make the room looks not clean but it is acceptable if you consider its price and prime location.

The transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway station just a few dozen meters downstairs. The soundproof windows and air conditioning make for a comfortable stay. The room features high-quality bedding and a first-rate bathroom with excellent craftsmanship. Dining is also convenient. The restaurant on the second floor offers authentic Cantonese dim sum and Cantonese cuisine, and the best part is that the prices are very fair and reasonable. Overall, it feels like an excellent value for money choice.

As visitors from Beijing, this hotel is always our top choice when we come to Shenzhen. Not only is it conveniently located and the service warm and welcoming, but they also have dim sum breakfast on the second floor. The hotel offers great value for money. Overall, we're quite satisfied.

Room cleaning needs improvement, floor should be vacuumed everyday not just before check-in and not attended afterward. Foul smell in toilet bowl. Front desk service is excellent and very attentive to the needs of customers.

Good location. Chinese restaurant serves delicious dim sum.  Room price is value for money.

Very well located. Happy to stay here although hotel is quite old and the toilet floor gets quite wet after a shower.

Good for a short trip, very near to KK Mall Luohu, The staff is helpful and the checkin procedure was easy and quick! Certainly recommend for people arriving from HK !

For the price, this hotel is pretty good. I would recommend trying to get a room on the 7th floor if you are a non smoker. We were on the 5th floor and our room had that old cigarette smell, but we got used to it after a few days. I would warn you that there is a construction site across the street and this was a bit noisy, in groundworks July 2025, and they operated 7 days till quite late in the night. The staff are kind, very little English spoken but they manage this effectively. The room was quite cold, make sure you bring a sweater if you plan to spend much time in the room. We would stay here again, the location is very convenient (exit C from the metro is best) and the price is excellent.
