Ulasan Four Seasons Loft International Hotel Apartment (Shenzhen Yihai City Mall)

Excellent stay! Perfect location, close to restaurants and subway station. Room was clean and lots of space with the living area. Kitchen and loft bedroom. Service was good everyday and the front desk was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is a complex apartment near the mall and seaside which was so chill to stay at! Will definitely come again!

This room is big, high ceiling and very easy to find and very comfortable to live

Located right above the mall and a short walk from Haishan metro station. Comfortable room with amenities but no utensils or pans to cook with even though there was a cook top and full sized refrigerator. Nice to have laundry in the apartment and it worked well. Wifi was a little irregular but overall ok for China.

The Hotel is close to everything including shopping malls and subway station. The unit is spacious with kitchen facilities. Good enough for pretty long stay of families. Excellent view of HK is available from both the living room and bedroom upstairs. Check in was quick and efficient.

The location is great though it takes a bit of time to find the entrance of the hotel, but everything else is great ! The room is nice and cozy, it’s spacious and my kids love the loft style staircase, and the staff are friendly and helpful too! Well done 007 front desk 👍🏻

Customer service was excellent and prompt! Had some cleanliness issues but the hotel immediately resolved them. Hotel is a little hard to find - note that it’s not located inside the mall and the entrance is on the sides of the mall - but once we got settled, it was fairly easy to make our way back. Great service, and love the interior of the room!

The daily cleansing was not satisfactory. Only superficial cleaning was done. No hand detergent was provided. Despite having a small kitchen, no stencils were provided. This has rendered the kitchen useless. The hotelier should not expect customers to bring utensils to stay in the room. There was no safe in the room. The check in procedure was smooth, however. The location of the apartments is near the mtr. This is a plus.

Space is large, Seaview is excellent! Shopping mall is closed to hotel.
